Obviously more spacious for 1-2 people than for 3 people (I then add a 2nd bed, which removes the office space). Overlooking a courtyard. Quiet. Stroller and bike possible On the 1st and last floor without elevator, without wifi. 1st door on the right (doormat with "Welcome")
