Located 10 minutes from the center of Paris (Saint Lazare train station) and 10 minutes from La Défense (by bus), 30 minutes from the Defense Arena. Well located and close to all amenities (public transport, shops, pharmacy, bakery, etc.). Coffee and tea are available, linens and towels are available.

At the gates of Paris on the slopes of Sèvres, within a 700 m² property, this 25 m² house for a maximum of 2 people (1 160 cm bed or 2 80 cm beds, your choice) and its 100 m² private garden offer a beautiful green environment, calm and light, just 10-15 minutes from Metro Line 9 (Trocadéro, Champs Élysées, Opéra, etc.), Tram T2, and trains to the St Lazare and Montparnasse stations. Direct bus to the Palace of Versailles. No tobacco and/or other, no pets allowed.

We rent our outbuilding equipped on the ground floor: a fully equipped open kitchen area in which you can eat and a shower room with toilet then upstairs: a living room with sofa bed, TV, internet and large storage spaces and a very quiet bedroom overlooking the garden. The property is located 5 minutes' walk from Pierre Lagravere Park, all shops and transport (T2, bus 304, SNCF train station) close to La Défense and 10 minutes by train from Paris Saint-Lazare.

Located in a very quiet residential area, you will have all the amenities of the city center with its shops and RER train station located just 6/8 minutes' walk away. From the station, it's very easy to get to Paris Champs-Elysées (17 minutes). Total independence to make yourself at home. A TV with standard channels has been installed.

Guest house with independent entrance located very quiet in a green area without vis-à-vis. We are 100m away from the train station : 25 minutes from PAris (Saint-Lazare station), 10 minutes from La Défense. The double bed can be turned into a sofa very easily. Kitchenette with coffee machine, 2 induction hotplates. Shower room with hair dryer. Enjoy the terrace with a dining area when the weather is nice!

Independent access from the outside. Ideally located, 8 min walk from the RER C (Eiffel Tower in 13 min by RER) and 12 min walk from the N line (Gare Montparnasse in 11 min by train), you will easily reach Paris.
