In the quiet village centre of Haiming, on the 1st floor of our large, older house, we have 3 bedrooms 1 dining room 1 Kitchen 1 bathroom 1 toilet, tastefully decorated. At the entrance to the Ötztal, we are easily accessible by train or bus (about 12 or 3 minutes on foot) and by car (parking at the house). Innsbruck and all the leisure activities in this region are very well connected. Farm shops and bakeries are around the corner 5-minute walk to BILLA, the post office, the pharmacy and the butcher's in the village.

Mountain Living Ötztal: beautiful location, new!

New, modern apartment for 2-6 people with magnificent mountain and valley views from almost all windows! The Hochoetz ski region is 10 minutes (free ski bus) and a toboggan run is 100 meters from the house. Highlights include the feel-good bedrooms with panoramic views, the 2 bathrooms (one with washing machine), the new kitchen, underfloor heating, the spacious garden area with terrace and the location on the upper edge of the village (without through traffic), which allows hikes/bike tours from the house.

Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

You live in a small Tyrolean wooden house (26 sqm), in a quiet location, surrounded by forest. It consists of a living room/bedroom with a large bed (180x200), a small kitchen and a balcony. You can start hiking trails, mountain or bike tours directly from the house. You can charge your e-bike in the garage. In winter there is a cross-country ski trail on the plateau, and the ski areas are about 20 km away. Shops, a bank and a pharmacy are within 2 km. The hosts live in the house next door.
