After spending the last few years only on Airbnb and having great experiences, we have decided to share our seldom used apartment with dear guests. For this reason, a complete core renovation took place. It is all newly furnished including kitchen and bathroom. 1 room apartment with private entrance, small kitchenette with all necessary appliances and bathroom with shower. Kitchen facilities including Dolce Gusto Pad coffee maker and coffee and tea for the first breakfast available. All utensils for cooking and baking including stove and oven. Toaster, kettle, glasses and dishes as well as kitchen towels, Spüli etc. .... everything needed. Should something be needed again, of course we will try to help! Bathroom with walk-in shower and towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper available. 1 double bed Dimensions 160 x 200 cm 1 sofa bed 145 x 192 cm on request, so 4 people could be accommodated in the room. If you book up to 2 people, the double bed is always prepared! Sofa bed only on request for the 2nd person as it has to be pulled out and prepared! It is a 30sqm 1 room apartment/condo. There is no separate bedroom. Unser Haus liegt zentral im Rhein-Main Gebiet. Der Flughafen, Frankfurt mit der Messe, sowie Mainz und Wiesbaden sind gut zu erreichen. Parkplätze vor dem Haus und der Bus in etwa 300m Entfernung. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Souterrain mit eigenem Zugang von außen. Alle Zimmer haben Tageslicht, allerdings ohne Aussicht. Sie betreten den Gästebereich in einem kleinen Flur, in dem die kleine Küchenzeile integriert ist. Von dem Flur geht sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Duschbad ab.

Ein Loft mit Kamin, Sauna, 12-Meter-Pool und Garten. Individuelle gastronomische Betreuung kann gerne dazu gebucht werden. Ihr könnt aber auch selbst in der voll ausgestatteten Bootshausküche kochen. Die Anreise mit dem Auto ist problemlos und sicheres Parken auf dem Grundstück inklusive.

Either way, you'll be at the airport in less than 10 minutes and Frankfurt or Mainz City are about 20 minutes away.
