Have no fear staying here! Bonnie’s place is amazing and a wonderful location. It was easy to find and so comfortable. It’s perfect for a couple’s getaway to the Outer Banks. Bonnie was so friendly and available for any questions we had. Very very clean place with a comfortable bed!

Christina was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She provided thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks and water, which was such a nice surprise after traveling. The amenities were fantastic - the hot tub and outdoor shower were absolute highlights that made the experience feel luxurious and relaxing. The location couldn’t be better - it truly is a 3-minute walk to the beach as advertised, and we loved being able to stroll to nearby restaurants without needing a car. Everything felt so convenient and walkable. The combination of Christina’s wonderful hospitality, great amenities, and an unbeatable location made this stay memorable. We’d definitely book again!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Rory was a very friendly host. He was so quick to respond from start to finish along with ensure we were able to securely get in. His place is exactly as listed and pictured. Very clean, quiet, easy accessible to the beach. The beach was beautiful not crowded. Highly recommend for many reasons! Thank you for making our stay perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at Nikki’s apartment very much. The space is very clean, inviting and had all the amenities listed on the description. The photos are accurate and reflect the second floor apartment well. We like to cook a few meals while traveling and found all the pots, pans and utensils we needed in the kitchen. New appliances are also available. It is located in a peaceful, quiet and safe neighborhood. Nikki and her husband were friendly and available if needed. Would definitely consider returning again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! It was very clean and the space was perfect for our family! The kitchen was updated and had all of the essentials. The balcony had a perfect view of the ocean! It was beautiful and I enjoyed drinking my coffee as well as watching the sunrise each morning! The condo was in a great location and central to everywhere we wanted to go at OBX! Katie was very responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved it and we may stay here again in the future!! 😊

We had an amazing stay. The area is laid back and had all the amenities you could need. The room was very clean and exactly as advertised. The hosts were very friendly and the guide for the area they made helped us to make the most of our trip.

Carrie's place was perfect for a long weekend away for two! Loved the space, the king size bed, the welcome snacks, and most importantly, the proximity to the beach!!

This property is exactly as described and as the pictures show. It is lovely inside and out. It is extremely clean and well appointed. The off street parking allowed more than enough room for our Yukon XL. The neighborhood is very quaint and felt very safe. Gia, the host, responded to my late day request to stay at the property very promptly. When we travel to this area in the future we will seek out this property again for our stay.

We had a great stay at Toes in the Sand. It was even better than pictured. I was originally worried from the photos that maybe you couldn’t see the ocean from the main living floor, but you absolutely can see the ocean from nearly everywhere in the house. It’s lovely. Such a charming house, quiet, beautiful beach, and near enough to groceries, gas, and anything else you’d need. Also, had a great Oceanside dinner at Fish Heads <30 min north! This was our second year at Serene Retreat. It’s just such a wonderful place for young children to enjoy the beach. The fenced in yard is great for their outdoor play. We enjoy cooking in the fabulous kitchen and feasting at the table with a view. Better than any restaurant around! Thank you again.

This is our 2nd time staying at Tiffany’s lovely cottage and it was just as amazing as the 1st time. Great location, very clean - such a wonderful little spot. We will be returning again 😊

Mark and Paul's place is beautiful. it is unfortunate that one of the properties across the road is in rough shape, but all other nearby properties are in excellent condition. The yard overlooking the canal is gorgeous. Do note that as with most properties in OBX, a flight of stairs is necessary to enter the house. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the bedrooms are extremely comfortable. Everything was spotless. We, unfortunately had rain, much of the time we were there, but did enjoy the exploring we could do. Absolutely recommend Sunrise Seafood, the fresh shrimp, crab cakes and swordfish were fabulous! Froggy Dog, ok, but not spectacular. We did enjoy Oceanas Bistro...especially the fresh tuna griller! Mark and Paul are not new to Air BNB and their attention to detail shows.

Our stay was great. Ma was very helpful and responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we need. The house was great, right on the water, very peaceful yet walkable to town.

We always have an amazing time when we stay at Maggie’s place! It feels like home away from home!

This place were everything we hoped for and more. The house was very clean, well decorated, and well supplied with all cooking utensils and anything else you might need. It even had a good selection of spices and seasonings to use for cooking. The space under the house was a great hangout area for kids and adults alike. The view of the sound was amazing and the dock was great. The kayaks and paddle board were a very cool plus. Overall a five star experience and and we hope to come back next year!

Spent a wonderful girl’s trip in this condo and enjoyed every second. Beautiful, clean space, easy beach accesses, and walkable to my favorite restaurants. This was the perfect place to stay to introduce my friends to OBX for the first time. Would absolutely stay again!

This condo was perfect for our family of four. My husband and I were traveling with our preteen children for a out of school summer escape. Our daughte slept in the other bedroom and our soon slept in the pull out coach. Once in a while one of them slept in the pull out bed because they were scared located in the master bedroom. We loved how close we were to the beach and all the beach toys that were provided in the condo. Just a cutel little condo that was nice and cozy and relaxing to come back to after exploring.

The condo was very charming with new appointments and has a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed sunrise each morning and the sound of the waves crashing each night. The kitchen was well equipped and had sufficient space for the two of us. It was also nice to have both a full and half bath as well as a door between the sink area and toilet/shower in the full bath. Having several options for coffee with espresso, drip, and a Keurig was a big plus A few observations we want to share. It would be very tight to fit 6 people in the place but you could comfortably have two couples or a couple with two kids with the second pair on the sleeper sofa. Overall it was a great stay for our anniversary weekend!!!

Incredible location and views (of sunrises and sunsets); great for kids! There was a problem with the storm door that Katie herself came by to fix when maintenance was unavailable on a holiday weekend :) The place was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the pool was great (opening weekend and very clean). The only thing to note is that this might not be a great place for you if you're sensitive to noise - there was a wedding at one of the huge houses one night under a tent and we could hear every song they played, as well as footsteps from the people staying above us. This isn't a make or break for us, and we would stay at Katie's place again in a heartbeat.

This was our second time staying at Andrew’s place . Best part - Location location location !! We walked out the door to our pool and then walked a few steps up the steps, over the sand dune to the beach ! We had the best of both worlds !! Nothing beats that !

Great stay within (very short) walking distance of our favorite brewery and restaurants. Being on the beach is ideal for long beach days (bathroom breaks, refilling cooler, grabbing lunch)! Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay. The place was as described. Bathrooms updated. Place was extremely clean. All mentioned amenities were available. Elevator not working due to storm previous week. Not fault of owners. 3 flights of stairs doable with wide steps. View was incredible from balcony and main bedroom. Pool clean. Beach access steps away. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Nice to have plenty of bath towels. Laundry facilities helpful. Total cost $3 in quarters for both wash and dry. Excellent stay. Kim was extremely responsive. Looking forward to returning.
