Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stockwerk eines Familienhauses. Außenbereich mit Terrasse und großer Rasenfläche kann gerne mitgenutzt werden. Der Bahnhof ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, somit können die umliegenden Städte wie z.B. Oldenburg bequem erreicht werden.

Wir haben ein kleines Haus mit Terrasse zu vermieten. Der idyllische Garten lädt zum Entschleunigen ein. Das Haus hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine, Backofen.. Im Obergeschoss ist das Schlafzimmer. Das dritte Bett steht im Wohn-Essbereich. Der Oberlether Krug ist in 50m und bietet am Abend super Essen. Der "Hof Oberlethe" ist nur 500m entfernt. Im 2 km entfernten Wardenburg gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Bushaltestelle ist in 100 m (Oberlethe am Brink)

Our apartment is close to the city and quiet, easy to get to by train, bus, car or other means of transport. It is just 1000 m to the city center, 2 km to the train station, 2 km to the Olantis-Huntebad and about 2 km to the Drielaker See. In the immediate vicinity there are 2 discount markets, 2 pharmacies, 4 bakers, various cafes, a post office, 3 churches (bell ringing hardly audible) and various medical practices. The apartment is on the ground floor with only one level of elevation.

The bed is nice and large and cozy with enough space for 2 people. It has a large wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and its own terrace for chilling. The entrance is separate and the tenant is therefore independent of the landlord. A private parking space is available at the house. A bus to Oldenburg leaves only 5 minutes away.
