The boat has a wonderful location, in a very quite neighborhood and just 10 minutes walk from downtown Zwolle. The place combines the peacefulness of the countryside being in the city. Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).

Moreover, you are close to nature, with beautiful hiking and biking routes nearby.

This historic, small townhouse is located in the city centre of Hanzestad Zwolle, where you have a completely private space with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The building dates back to 1906 and still contains authentic elements such as old panel doors and stained glass windows. The apartment is accessible via a staircase and covers 2 floors. It is therefore not suitable for people who have difficulty walking. Suitable for 2 people, no pets allowed.
