The apartment is rented as an independent part of the house. In the other part of the house, we live as a family consisting of a mother, father and two boys aged 6 and 7, as well as two curious dogs and a cat. Nice charming wooden house, which is located as an annex to a closed farm. The house has its own driveway behind the old barn, and its own small wooden terrace. The house contains an entrance hall, large room with kitchen, dining table and living room with large sofa bed, bathroom, built-in wardrobe and small bedroom with a 120 cm bed. The house sleeps 4 people (2 people on a sofa bed in the living room, and 2 people on a 1½ person bed in the bedroom), but works best for 2-3 people. Unfortunately, it's not a handicap-friendly house.

Welcome to a lovely two-story villa apartment in Strøby Egede. An external staircase leads you up to the apartment's spacious roof terrace and main entrance. The apartment is spread over two floors with 85 m² on the 2nd floor and 21 m² on the 3rd floor. On the 2nd floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed. On the 3rd floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an extra room with a single bed. The stairs are a bit steep and are less suitable for those with walking difficulties. Ceiling height on the 3th floor is 185-200 cm.
