Pure idyll! You treat yourself to a break in the calm countryside! In a private house with 140 square meters. In the enclosed courtyard there is a pavilion, garden loungers and a large grill. You will stay on two floors in lovingly designed rooms. You can relax and explore the area, cycle, swim or paddle on the Aller. Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

Converted into a beautiful vacation home in 2020 in a perfect location in Hodenhagen in Lower Saxony. Our house has 2 bedrooms (orthopedic sleep system bed & box spring bed), a family room with 4 sleeping options, orthopedic waterbed, 2 single beds, 1 baby bed. The proximity to numerous leisure highlights make the location so special, such as the Serengeti Park, Heide Park, Aqua Mundo, Snow Dome, Vogelpark, outlet center and the proximity to the Harz Mountains and the coast.

A barbecue, a table tennis and a soccer goal are available for use in the spacious garden. In the lovingly furnished house with fireplace, smart TV and Sonos box you can enjoy yourself. Du erreichst das Zimmer über eine Außen-Wendeltreppe über die dazugehörige kleine Dachterrasse mit Ausblick über die Felder. Bestens geeignet für Radtouristen, Monteure und Kurzurlauber. Es gibt eine Ladestation für E-Fahrzeuge. Für die Nutzung fällt eine Gebühr an, die vor Ort abgerechnet wird.

This sounds like a charming basement apartment in an attractive location! The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city. The living and sleeping area as well as the small kitchen niche offer a practical and cozy living atmosphere. The bathroom with shower and washing machine is also very practical and increases comfort.

Former bakery

The former bakery in Schweringen was completely renovated as a guest house in 2019 and now offers 2 rooms (1 room with a double bed, 1.40 wide and 1 room with 2 single beds, 90 cm wide) with a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The Weser ferry and the Weser cycle path are right outside the door. Schweringen and the beautiful surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike rides.

Modern bakery on a farm

We, Carlotta & Paul, have completely renovated our small bakery from 1816 in the past two years with natural and sustainable building materials. The furniture and the kitchen are also planned with a lot of love and built in our workshop. For two people, the bakery offers enough space to relax for a few days, to start a short trip to the Lüneburg Heath or simply to unwind. We look forward to seeing you!

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. It is a barn from 1800, which we have newly renovated and furnished with a lot of love. Surrounded by old oaks and green meadows, it is inviting for relaxation. Together we realize many projects and ideas on our family Resthof, so there is always something to do and a lot to discover here.
