Beautiful bright beach house on large pine property 3 minutes walking distance from Bourdaines beach and 3 minutes drive from the golf course. Famous restaurants at the lake, major supermarkets and bars are all located close by. The traditional "landaise" style house is newly renovated. The interior mixes elements form the region with contemporary furniture and art. A large generous outside deck was newly built and together with the outside grill is a favorite hangout on lush summer nights.

Le charme d'une cabane moderne et confortable, rénovée avec passion dans l'esprit abri du marin, le Petit Marsouin, villa avec terrasse entourée d'un petit jardin, est idéale pour une famille de 4/5 personnes. La maison est située à moins de 300 mètre de la plage et du port de pêche et à 2 kilomètres des centre-ville de Capbreton et d'Hossegor. Venez sillonner les nombreuses pistes cyclables. Accédez à pied ou à vélo aux plages, au port et aux rues commerçantes, oubliez votre voiture !

Cottage with an amazing view of the Cirque de Lescun, at 1000m altitude, in the middle of a very well preserved nature, a place to relax and discover the area with its multiple possibilities for physical and cultural activities. We are 10 minutes walking distance from the village. Our house is big enough for 5 persons and we can cook meals for diner with local products from our garden. We live in the main house next door but we are very quiet and available if you need us.

The cottage is entirely new, located at the back of an old Basque farmhouse from the 17th century. The 16 sqm bedroom is located in a mezzanine with a wrought iron railing. The bathroom is equipped with an 80x120 cm shower as well as a dry towel radiator. The toilet is separate. the kitchen is fully equipped with cold ventilated refrigerator, 4 induction light cooking plate, catalysis oven, washing machine 7 kgs, hood, microwave. TV and wifi.

The towns of Bayonne and Hossegor are 30 minutes by car, as well as the surfing beaches of Landes and the Basque Country.
