A spotless accommodation and very well located. In a quiet residential area close to the forest for beautiful walks. A real little cocoon where you feel good with a fenced garden, great for our little fur balls! Super well equipped, there is really everything you need in the accommodation! We arrived independently but Annabelle and Laurent were very responsive and clear in their instructions. We strongly recommend!

Authentic house in a very quiet environment without neighbours. Very pleasant stay in a beautiful region with many walks for those who like to hike with elevation. House very well located close to Biarritz, Spain, the ocean and the main Basque villages... We'll be there again.

Maud was very friendly, warm and welcoming. She showed us some places to visit, and recommended lovely restaurants and was super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The house is clean, tidy and has everything you need. It is in a quiet area and walking distance to all amenities, and the beach is about 2kms away. Highly recommend.

We stayed with three couples for a week in Isabelle's house. The garden is very cozy and quiet. The house itself is not overly spacious for 6 people, but certainly large enough and all necessary amenities are available. Good base for day trips to the sea. The communication with Isabelle went very well and smoothly. Recommended!

Stéphane was an excellent host. The apartment is beautifully quiet at the end of the property. It is equipped with everything you need. The stay with the dog was very pleasant because it is possible to reduce the dog through a fence on the part of the property. The terrace is superbly located, with good amenities and beautiful views. The French Basque Country is a feast for the eyes and many excursion destinations are easily accessible from the apartment. I found Stéphane to be very friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent the apartment again if I were in this area again.

We had a great stay at Yves and Scarlett's, everything was perfect! The accommodation is very nice, well equipped, and perfectly suited for our two children (cot, high chair, toys...). The garden is beautiful and quiet, and we really enjoyed the pool, the jacuzzi and the net. We will come back without hesitation!

By far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. We have 2 babies and the place was ideal for us. Thoughtfully designed, very clean and clutter free. The hosts could not have been more helpful. A wonderful place!

Fantastic house!!!! Very attentive Albert and Helene, solving anything at the moment. Upon our arrival they welcomed us with homemade jam, a very good pate and eggs from their beloved chickens that sipped our puppy... I recommend this history-filled home with a fabulous setting, surrounded by charming villages. The house and setting are much better than the pictures. We will definitely repeat. Best regards.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful typical Basque Country house. We can only recommend and would be very happy to come back next time.

The house is exactly as described and is finished to a very high standard. There are top quality appliances, furniture & amenities throughout. It was also very clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The house is very well located. Hossegor is full of great restaurants & shops. The lake is a 3 minute drive (also walkable) and the ocean is about 8mins. Etienne was a great host. He was very responsive & helpful before and during our stay and made sure everything was perfect for us. We would happily come back again.

We had a fantastic stay in this cottage just outside Espelette. The cottage itself is super neat, quietly located and equipped with all comforts. What makes this place extra special is the hospitality of our host. She had prepared all kinds of local delicacies for us on arrival — a really warm welcome. During our stay, she thought of everything with us and did everything to make us happy. That made it very personal and pleasant.

Great stay. The apartment is impeccable, very nice and bright. The bed is extremely comfortable. There is everything you need for a very pleasant stay. And the hostess is considerate and accessible. We came to spend a weekend with the family at Iulia and Alistair's and what can we say? Their house is a real haven of peace: the terrace, the animals, the river, the little touches... Everything was perfect! 🌞 We only had a small hot water problem but it was resolved very quickly thanks to Iulia's availability! Thank you again! We will come back to spend some beautiful days here, that's for sure!

Gaelle's house is exactly as described in the listing. The house is in a green area, surrounded by mountains, which allows a total change of scenery and disconnection. Very well oriented, we enjoyed the terrace and the view, in the sun for our meals.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Central to the coast, the mountains, lots of walks and villages with good food and interesting history. Very nicely furnished and everything we needed. It is always a good sign when the kitchen knives are nice and sharp! We really appreciated Jackie’s help .

an apartment on the ground floor of a house that is not inhabited, but in good condition. The view is magnificent, from the house you can directly go hiking (there are however some farm dogs that bark on the way to Mount Ursuya, but they are harmless and used to the passage of hikers). Other very beautiful walks a few minutes' drive away. Very quiet environment but not isolated, the house is at the end of the village - a lovely, responsive and welcoming hostess. The apartment has full amenities . The old-fashioned kitchen is a little old but well-equipped, with a wood stove whose heat was very pleasant. Small garden a little abandoned but very charming for eating in the shade of the old oak with views of the pastures. In short, it is not for perfectionists of renovation but it is an authentic, rejuvenating, quiet place and yet close to everything. I highly recommend it and I will come back with my family
