The name of the house is a little misleading, because from the large kitchen living room there is not only a glimpse of the sea, but rather 180 degrees full panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Hammershusvej 15B - Sandvig's first school from 1855

Hammershusvej 15 is Sandvig's first school from 1855. The building was later used for apprenticeship. 15B is the right half of the house. This half of the house consists of Living room, kitchen bedroom, shower and toilet on the ground floor and a large bedroom on the 1st floor – The stairs up to the first floor are shared with neighbor the apartment 15a. From the kitchen there is direct access to a cozy garden.
