The Barn at Cross Lodge

Unique barn conversion in the village of Walgrave, Northamptonshire. Originally the 200 year old building housed farm animals and in 2023 it was converted into a fully furnished property with underfloor heating, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and large floor space that can be used as a gym. The barn has a 5 acre paddock on which there are 11 friendly sheep and has a huge patio from which to view the beauty of the surroundings. To the side there is a pergola and seating looking over the side field. 5/6 beds including one downstairs for those with mobility problems.
