Very easy for me to have Christmas with family and friends when I am in the UK.

Rose Cottage was the perfect place to stay for our visit to Ascot. The cottage was lovely and clean with all the amenities you would need. There is a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy the fabulous weather we had. The cottage was easy to find and the minute you step inside, it feels like home. Claire was the best host! We had a couple of questions, which Claire responded to within minutes, always helpful and offering fab suggestions for local eateries (try The Crown & Cushion up the Road! 😋). We would definitely stay at Rose Cottage again and will be recommending it to friends 🥰 Thanks for letting us stay at your lovely cottage x

Were a little unsure about access when we arrived, as there's a closed large wooden gate, so I guess (typically) we were looking for an open entrance driveway, the lane is narrow so had to pull right onto grass verge in front of cottage to open gate and go check. Lara appeared soon after as we were starting to unload car, she is very friendly and helpful, and brought us a freshly baked sourdough loaf, which turned out to be absolutely delicious. My wife is disabled, the gravel on drive up to entrance is very difficult for wheelchairs etc. We brought with us a pair of wheelchair ramps, which proved essential for wheeling Jen couple of steps up from lounge to the lower bedroom level. The open lounge and ground floor area was wonderfully large and spacious. Kitchen was brilliant, and pretty well equipped, but if there's anything you should need as we did, there's a wonderful general store in nearby Bentley. We enjoyed browsing through all the Glossy home and garden mags and books.

I had a wonderful weekend at the secret garden. The annexe is exactly as described and was so comfortable, well stocked and homely, not to mention very dog friendly! I absolutely loved it, and would definitely book again!

A lovely quiet and restful bolthole in attractive Odiham, well equipped and furnished, super-convenient location for restaurants, cafes, shops. We really enjoyed our stay and will come again.

This lovely house is set in a small, gated community in a quiet countryside location with easy access to main roads and motorways. You are only a few minutes walk from the village centre and a variety of excellent pubs. The property is beautifully appointed and has everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. This was our first time at the house and we hope not the last! A great find.

I arrived late in the evening after a long day at work. Wael El-Dali’s place felt like a lovely oasis to return to. Quiet, clean and comfortable, with its own access so hopefully not disturbing anyone. Thank you for letting me stay.

I had the most incredible stay at this Airbnb, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The host was an absolute gem—warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Their kindness made me feel like I was staying with a dear friend. The home itself was beautiful . It felt like a true home away from home, with cozy, beautifully decorated spaces that were spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the whole vibe was so relaxing that I found myself wishing I could stay forever. Honestly, this was one of those rare stays where everything was perfect . If you’re looking for a place that combines a wonderful host with an unforgettable home, this is it!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully return. Our hosts were a delight and exceptionally helpful and friendly.. The location is amazing. We were watching red kites in flight and even heard a cuckoo. Lots of walking trails nearby too. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Exactly as described, absolutely lovely little stay. Immaculate and very well thought out layout for a small apartment. We stayed for 2 nights for ascot races and it was ideal. 10 min uber to the races and minimal traffic. Will absolutely recommend to people for a lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay in Johan’s AirBnB. The space was beautifully kept with stunning views. There weren’t a huge deal of amenities close by but we didn’t mind going for a walk (even in the rain!). Would absolutely come back to explore the local walking routes. Thanks Johan!

Fantastic rural spot just outside of Guildford. Crisp and clean studio with everything you could need for a weekend stay. Julie is a kind and attentive host. Stairs and low ceilings might make access tricky if you have mobility issues. As a bonus, it’s also an easy drive to Godalming.

Great little space within a pleasant walk to the centre of Henley. It has all that is needed for a short stay. we would happily stay here again.

Katie’s apartment was stunning! Extremely clean and tastefully renovated. The bed was amazing and loved the luxury of a small tv at the foot of the bed. There is nothing I could fault about this accommodation and would not hesitate to recommend it to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

Frank was the best host I’ve had so far on AirBnB, he was fast to communicate despite the large time difference from the other side of the world. The Studio was perfect and exactly what I needed for my stay in Maidenhead, would highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice, private and cosy space away from the main streets.

We use Airbnb a lot. So as a general comparison I’d say great Airbnb. LOTS of communication. Very well stocked. Comfortable bed. Great decor. Central with parking. Handy for when I visit elderly relative. Likely to use it again. Quick to reply when I thought id left something behind.

Fantastic accommodation! Comfortable, cozy, very clean and well-maintained, perfect for business stays or medium/long-term visits. I stayed in this accommodation for a long-term stay and needed a space with a kitchen. The apartment truly has everything you need and more – it's very functional and equipped with thoughtful touches that make the stay really pleasant. The kitchenette and the kitchen area in general are perfect even for one person and well equiped. It's located in a convenient area, close to green spaces and the river, and just a few minutes’ walk from the city center. Supermarkets are nearby. Cathy is truly an exceptional host, always available for any need, very communicative, and quick to respond if anything comes up. A super positive experience – highly recommended, even for long stays.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! We had a wonderful experience staying at the Annexe! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was quick and friendly. The location was perfect & quiet , we stayed here for 2 days for Royal Ascot. It was an easy commute. We really appreciated the guest book with local pubs & restaurants , we took note & visited a local pub & had a lovely pub dinner. ( George & Dragon) The annexe was beautifully decorated & we had fresh towels. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again next year for Royal Ascot! Thank you for a fantastic stay! Husband, toddler and I had a very comfortable stay with Susan. Susan’s home was beautiful, couches were comfy, bathroom and kitchen spotless. Susan’s place is walkable (even with toddler on scooter!). My tip for future guests would be to ask Susan which direction to head in for the town centre, if going on foot as there is a cut through / short cut which Susan pointed out at the beginning of our stay. stay.

This was perfect for what we needed. Martin was very responsive and really helped with local information.

Loved my stay in this beautiful apartment on first floor of a secure building. Very central for exploring the town. Plenty of cafes and restaurants along with independent shops and beautiful scenery. Everything in the apartment was as described and better. Beds, bedding and towels were top quality. Bedrooms are spacious. Great to sit at the window overlooking the square. Left our car in allotted car parking space during our few days stay. So easy to walk everywhere. Sian was a great host and we knew we could contact her if need be. All instructions were very clear and local recommendations helpful. We would highly recommend Sian’s place. We would definitely return if in this area.
