Great property. perfect for our needs

Tim was a very friendly host, and made continuous effort to make sure I enjoyed my stay. I can’t fault him for anything. I would definitely recommend.

We were walking the Clarendon Way, which passes right in front of Patsy’s place - so it was a perfect place for us to stop and rest before the second half of our walk. The room was spacious with a lovely little balcony. A variety of breakfast bits were available in the room and a couple of cold ones in the fridge which was much appreciated after 17 miles on foot! The bed was super soft, like a feathery cloud. Patsy and her family were really friendly and welcoming - would totally recommend!

This is the best of old fashioned BnBs, in a real person's real home. One host, one guest, friendly discussion over a civilised breakfast. Quiet street just off a big park, with a bus route on the other side of the park. Less than 30 minutes' walk to the station. So far, so good. AND THEN! An idyllic little river at the bottom of the garden (not the Thames); Andrea kindly lent me her kayak. I paddled a little way upstream, and then, oops, swam back. The brook is perfect for both activities, depending on your skill. Andrea hosed me down without a fuss. I couldn't ask for a better host.

This was a stress-free stay in Esher, close enough to the downtown area and activities, perfectly located. The flat was comfortable, very clean, and the bottle of prosecco was appreciated! Highly recommend!

Anna was a fantastic host!! very approachable and helpful. she even had the essentials we needed in for us arriving which was greatly appreciated after a long drive. thank you Anna for an amazing stay at your home it is stunning and ideal for us with a young child and dog. we will be back in the future for sure

Holly’s coach house was warm & welcoming . We had clear instructions regarding the check in & helpful information on local pubs and places to visit. We especially loved the Hare & Hounds in nearby Stoughton. The location is perfect for Kingley Vale, South Downs & the South Coast . We especially enjoyed walking to Bow Hill straight from the door . We also loved West Wittering beach which was a short drive away. East Marden is a beautiful small village with a lovely church & a thatched village well across the road to the coach house. Holly kindly provided some lovely extra treats in addition to the Continental breakfast . Thank you 🙏. We would love to return as we have family nearby.

Great place to stay for 4 nights. As other reviews have said the place is much bigger and brighter than the photos. I'm a bit OCD on cleanliness and tidyness, I usually have to spend time after arriving anywhere "sorting things out". Not here, everything was immaculate. Very helpful host, convenient location for walks, food etc and well set back from the road with easy parking onsite. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Great Apartment , had everything I needed. James is a great host and was very helpful. A pretty vase of fresh tulips made the apartment feel homely , along with some essentials that saved me having to think about getting some shopping. .The bed, super comfy with pristine linen. Bathroom, great shower, kitchen very well appointed. Recommended

I booked Kate's AirBnB for my mom's visit and she had a lovely time. The AirBnB is separate from Kate and Ian's place and she had a lot of space to herself. The location is very close to London Road train station and Stoke Park, and walking distance to the high street. It also had all the amenities needed. Kate was really friendly and helpful. She provided helpful guidance about the place and the area (including things to do around town). She was also very responsive to messages and messaged if there was anything she wanted us to be aware of. Would recommend and would book again.

The apartment was really lovely , large, and clean. The photos don’t do it justice! There’s a beautiful communal garden with a trampoline. Excellent communication by Nigel. Big highlight was the utterly delicious homemade brownies! Highly recommed

I felt very welcome in Abigail's home. Very comfortable, lovely night's sleep, excellent breakfast including eggs from Abigail's hens. Abigail's communication was perfect. Overall, this was just what I needed. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. One bonus was seeing a pair of partridges feeding in the orchard at the back - I think they were the barbary variety.

We had a brief but lovely stay in the cottage. It was spacious, there were breakfast goodies for us and the bed was really comfortable. There was pretty countryside around and a meal at the Crown pub just down the road was a winner! Very easy communications, would recommend. Thanks Gilly & James!

Patricia's house is lovely. My two teens and I stayed in three rooms at the top floor. Beds were very comfortable, and rooms very clean. The house has lots of historical features and is nicely decorated. Patricia made sure we had a great breakfast, with eggs, fruits, cakes and croissant. Polesden Lacey is only a 30-min walk from the house and the surrounding area offers plenty of opportunity for long nice walks. Nice spot for visiting this part of England.

Always my first choice of a stay in Abingdon. A friendly welcome and everything perfect as always.

Fantastic property, just what we needed for the month. Clean and tidy, property very warm which was a godsend when you have ben outside all day. I would definitely come back again.
