Had a great stay at the burrow with 5 friends and a doggy on our road trip. Cozy and clean, with a picturesque view from the porch. Our favorite part was the outdoor fire - thanks to the hosts for helping us get it going. Would definitely come back!!

Sam's Place was awesome. We were totally entertained with the arcade games, ping pong, and the JMU cornhole game. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The house was perfect for our family vacation for both the adults and the kids! Located so close to so many great activities like the water park and hiking that we would consider another visit!

D’s place was amazing! Peace and quiet plus a gorgeous view. Our kids loved the hike down to the river and playing bocce in the summer rain. Weather was both sunny and stormy, and it was wonderful to watch summer storms and stars all in the same night from the porch. Truly relaxed and magical. Thank you!

We will definitely be back to stay here for our next VA trip. We had 10 guests and a dog and we had plenty of space for everyone! The house was fully stocked, especially the kitchen. Mark was fantastic and very responsive. The arcade house was a huge hit and the spot we spent our time the most. Can’t wait to come back!

This is the third year we stayed here when we were in the area for a conference. We love these accommodations for our group. It meets are needs perfectly. This year some of us were here two nights. We always walk over to the mill pond before bed. The town is so cute. I hope to be back next year!

We are so grateful for the weekend we spent here. The stay was quiet, relaxing, and beautiful. The view is even more stunning than the photos and sitting back in the hot tub was the best way to experience it. Though it was rainier than we’d hoped, we want to come back again soon to sit around the campfire. The hosts were great and stocked the house with everything we needed for our weekend stay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway!

Great property. Owners left great instructions, and the house was private. The deer were an added bonus with the hot tub. Will be back for the winter. 5 Stars

This amazingly cozy farmhouse was just the vibe we were looking for. Beautiful outdoor seating (screened-in porch, deck overlooking the vineyards, and lounge chair by the pool) made it easy to breathe in the fresh air. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was great! The outside deck with Solostove was perfect for the chilly evenings. We enjoyed light snacks and wine at Muse Vineyards, which was lovely and got to meet Sally! We ventured into town for some local eats. Can’t say enough good things about Woodstock Cafe’s breakfast. We enjoyed a sweet treat at Sugar Creek and had a lovely walk down the street at Seven Bends. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, look no further!

We had a wonderful getaway at Seths place in Rockingham. Perfect location for a group of 12 girlfriends that wanted to relax. Loved the pool and the porch/patio! Felt like Tuscany. Seth and Carla were extremely responsive to the couple of small issues we had. Definitely recommend.

We loved our stay in the Airstream! It had all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed the location being close to the Shenandoah National Park which made it a great home base to leave from every day for long hikes. We also enjoyed cooking on the nice gas stove after long days in the mountains. It was a great get away! We highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a fun/creative place to stay in the area!

We had a wonderful stay at Majestic Meadows. Sandy & Chris were wonderful hosts and the property was a great home away from home, with a beautiful courtyard full of colorful birds, a private pool, and a ton of flowering plants. Close enough to town to not feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere, but far away enough to feel secluded. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. Highly recommend.

This place was absolutely awesome! We had a group of 10 girls and all fit very comfortably in the house. Everything was super clean and tidy! The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were very clean too. Parking was super easy, we had a couple girls park at the pool listed and had no issues. Overall highly recommend for a group of 10!

Perfect Getaway! We had the most amazing honeymoon stay at this Airbnb! The cabin was immaculately clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to cozy blankets. The hosts truly went above and beyond to make the space welcoming and romantic. The amenities were everything we desired: from spending our evenings soaking in the hot tub, grilling under the stars, to relaxing by the fire pit. They even provided skewers for s’mores! Every detail made our stay feel special and memorable. One thing to note: the road leading up to the cabin is rocky and rough, so I’d recommend visiting in a vehicle that can handle uneven terrain. But—it’s absolutely worth the drive once you arrive. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, private, and beautiful getaway.

Beautiful scenery, such a nice place to stay.

My nephew and 2 dogs and I had a very nice overnight stay in this cozy well-appointed bungalow. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen has everything you could need, including a washer and dryer. The private fenced in yard with rose bushes and a water fountain and a huge hot tub was especially nice and my dogs loved the freedom! Definitely a great place to stay whether traveling through or visiting the mountains. Susan (and Seth and dogs Ellie and Chuck)

My family and I loved our stay at Sherilynn’s cabin! The cabin has everything you could want and then some! It had plenty of space and everyone appreciated not having to share bedrooms or fight over bathrooms. We really enjoyed eating on the screened in porch, playing in the creek (We watched a snake eat a fish one night) and both fire pits. The cabin is a perfect base camp for adventures in Shenandoah National Park too. Sherilynn was very responsive and answered all our questions. We would definitely stay there again!

This was our second time staying here and we fell in love with the place even more this time! Since it’s up on a mountain, it’s so peaceful and really allows you to relax and restore. The space is exactly as pictured and feels well cared for. If you’re looking for a cozy place to stay and explore the Shenandoah area, this is the best spot for quality and price.

All I can say is wow! I booked Rebecca's place as a one-night stop for a group of us from the UK on a short road trip in Shenandoah. I was hopeful that it would be a good stay based on the photos and description, but I don't think any of us expected how wonderfully cosy, rustic and yet clean and comfortable it would be! There were so many small touches to help us enjoy the stay - for example the fire pit already had logs and kindling arranged and Rebecca had even left S'mores out, so we enjoyed a great night sitting around the fire toasting these and even saw a firefly! Our only regret we all agreed was that we hadn't booked to stay longer - given the location right in between Skyline Drive and Blue Ridge Parkway this is THE place to stay when visiting the area!

This cabin was amazing. Amazing views! Robert was an amazing host, super responsive and friendly throughout the whole booking process. Great spot for me and my friends to stay. We loved playing music around the fire at night! And it was an easy drive to Old Rag which we hiked the next day. 10/10 would recommend.
