Cozy and close to nature in Hedeviken

The apartment is the entire lower floor of a large and beautiful 1950s house in typical Härjedal spirit. The house was formerly a teacher's residence and is located right next to the old school, which is now a cozy café. A stone's throw away is Lake Vikarsjön where you can swim and fish in the summer. Hedeviken is a very beautiful village where time passes a little slower. There are ski tracks right around the corner. You don't have to go far to see the magical Sonfjället. There are plenty of fishing opportunities, both summer and winter.

Our "gammal stugan" is located in a secluded location with the main house on a peninsula connected to the town of Ytterhogdal/Härjedalen/Jämtland. On 180 square meters there is a large living room with gallery, a kitchen with dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 2 floors. The meadow in front of the house opens onto its own jetty with sauna, canoes and sail/row and motorboat. Hiking, canoeing and adventure tours, safaris and fishing can be arranged. Lots of space and tranquility all around...

Private cabin next to wilderness

Our wooden cabin is situated between Särna and Idre in Kringelfjorden. It borders to large forests and the drinkable Dalälven river. Plenty of mires in the area for cloudberry picking and several well prepared crosscountry trails in the immediate cabin area. 25 min drive to Idre and Fjätervålen skiresorts for skiing in winter and biking in summer. Comfortable distance to endless trails on Städjan, Grövelsjön and Fulufjallet parks in summer make the cabin a excellent place to explore nature.

Into the wild: forest cottage by the lake | Sauna available

Idyllically located on the outskirts of Tandsjöborg, 20 minutes from Hamra National Park and the Fågelsjö World Heritage Site. Direct, private lake access. Next to the house is a stream. The cottage has a fully equipped pantry kitchen on the first floor, a shower room as well as a living and dining area with a fireplace. Upstairs is the bedroom with 2 comfortable single beds with pull-out function for up to 4 people. Grill (cabin), boat, fireplaces etc. usable. Sauna for a fee.

Mountain Lodge Sylarna - 4 pers.

Sylarna is one of our new stugas, named after mountain Sylarna (1762 m high). This 4-person mountain lodge was built in 2020 in traditional style with fantastic views over lake Malmagen and the fjälls. The lodge has a living room with kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. On the second floor is the bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. The lodge has its own terrace and balcony. You can park your car at our parking lot. We also have a sauna (bookable by the hour)!

Welcome to our house in Särna by Nordomsjön surrounded by forest and water, access to a private beach with a jetty where you can swim, sit and enjoy the sunrise or take a fishing trip by boat. This is the perfect place for nature experience, outdoor life or rest. Perhaps a short drive to Idre during the day for adventure or to Sweden's highest waterfall with fantastic hiking trails in wonderful nature. End the day with an evening dip after the barbecue on the patio.

The place is quiet, surrounded by lakes and forests, 100% nature! The cottage village consists of 7 cozy, fully-equipped cottages and 1 overnight cottage. 500 meters from the cottage village is the swimming area Hemsjön, with a dock, seating areas and playground. Close to Hamra National Park and fishing waters.
