Welcome to a really cozy mountain cabin with sauna + labbox for electric car. Wonderful view of the lake and mountains! Here you live quietly and peacefully, about 10 minutes from Björnrike and about 15 minutes from Vemdalen village. Cross-country tracks and snowmobile trail a stone's throw from the plot. Only 30m down to the lake where you will find a private picnic table for 6-8 guests, barbecue area/barbecue and boat for fishing and swimming. In winter, there are often nice cross-country trails on the lake. Grocery store and gasoline 2 minutes by car from the cabin.

In Klövsjö, you will also find a stone bakery, beer brewery, restaurants and here you will also find the area's ICA store. Klövsjö is located in the destination Vemdalen Jämtland (Sweden) which consists of Vemdalsskalet, Björnrike, Klövsjö and Storhogna. 100 km from Östersund, 500 km from Stockholm. 8 minutes to Klövsjöfjäll and alpine skiing.

The houseboat is located in the lake, anchored to land with jetties around. Private location in rural environment. From the upper floor of the houseboat there are large glass sections facing the lake, with the possibility of sitting indoors or outdoors and watching the beautiful view. Two bedrooms and a living room. On the lower floor there is the kitchen, dining area and sofa. Outdoors, there is a wood-fired sauna and hot tub, outdoor shower with hot water, outdoor toilet, barbecue area and outdoor furniture.

Auf 180 qm befinden sich auf 2 Etagen ein großer Wohnraum mit Galerie, eine Küche mit Essgelegenheit, 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Die Wiese vor dem Haus mündet am eigenen Badesteg mit Sauna, Kanus und Segel/Ruder und Motoboot. Wander- , Kanu- und Erlebnisstouren, Safaris und Fischen können organisiert werden. Here is the place if you want to switch off from everyday life and just enjoy. Best location with 1 km to well-stocked ica shop and restaurant and bike rental etc. Now there is also a baby food chair to borrow for free . Bed linens can be rented from the host if you let us know when you book.

Our apartment "Grastöten" is a cosy cabin for 4 persons. The apartment has a living room with cable TV, free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (one underbed is 110 cm wide), a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the living room there is a sofa which can be used as a double bed. You can also book our sauna to relax and warm up. Check-in is from 3:00 pm, check-out is until 10:00 am.
