This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.

The apartment includes the 24 sqm roof terrace with views over fields. A Carport is available for a car and/or bicycles. E-bikes can be charged there. Various shopping facilities are only 1km away.

Between Vechte and the Alte-Picardie Canal lies Emlichheim on the Dutch border. Many bike paths and hiking trails make this region a popular recreation area. Simply feel good and relax. This studio is suitable for two people from young to old, who especially share our passion for nature and consciously interact with the environment.
