Close to the Pieterpad, the Hanze cities of Deventer and Zutphen. Between fields and in a beautiful scenery, where hikers and cyclists can fully enjoy. But also on your own yard it is good to spend time and relax, on the terrace or in the grass with hammock, loungers, picnic table, fruit trees, flowers, birds, sheep pasture and roaming chickens.

Welcome to the wooded Exloo, located on the Dog Ridge in Drenthe. We live in the monumental train station of Exloo from 1903, on the NOLS railway line, from Zwolle to Delfzijl. this railway was established in 1899 and abolished in 1945. This railway is now a beautiful hiking trail! Next to our house is a completely detached and brand new renovated house of 2 floors with enough privacy and private entrance for max. 6 pers. There is free parking, and a private terrace in complete privacy.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. The lake house is located directly on the lake and perfectly combines the features of a cozy Scandinavian-style house with the amenities of a modernly equipped accommodation with exclusive and luxurious highlights. The sauna, hot tub and fireplace offer relaxation. One of our highlights is the loft nets, which allow a view over the lake. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. I do not rent a house or a complete apartment. The guest area is on the first floor of my house; In which I live in the ground floor. Depending on the size of the group, I combine single, index bed and triple rooms. There is a bathroom on the floor for all guests. On request, and only then, my guests can also use my kitchen. However, there is no claim. In any case, I continue to use my kitchen in time.
