At 60 m², the Constantia apartment is not only the largest in the villa, but also our favorite apartment. The moss-green color of the walls immerses the apartment in an atmosphere of forest light and the rooms structured by open half-timbering give a feeling of vastness. In the bedroom, there is an open brick wall with a large box-spring bed. The highlight of this apartment is the open bathroom with its ground-level rain shower, from where you have a view of the garden.

Small terrace area at your doorstep, garden to the rear, garden furniture available. Dogs are welcome by arrangement!

We have a large swimming lake where you can even take a boat. A brand new acquisition is the Thermomix TM6, which can be rented. For bachelor parties, the house is available to a limited extent, i.e. not Easter, Pentecost, Christmas and New Year's Eve/New Year!

The studio is located in a two-family home, close to the Celler Landgestüt. A small kitchenette with mini fridge is at your disposal. Linens and towels are provided by us. It is equipped with a double bed (width 1.60 m), TV, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, mini fridge.
