La Viola Vacation Home The vacation home is the original guest house of Villa La Viola. The vacation home is located on the village meadow Wijk aan Zee and is within walking distance (10 minutes) of the beach and the sea. The house is suitable for two people as standard, can be expanded to a maximum of 4 people for an additional fee, and consists of a living room combined with kitchen, separate toilet and a separate bathroom and 4 sleeping places on the floor. The house has its own parking facilities.

In the middle of the dunes of Zuid-Kennemerland nature park, 300m from the beach, lies this spacious vacation home with unobstructed sea views. Warm yourself by the wood-burning stove after a long beach walk or enjoy the setting sun from the front terrace. From the balcony by the bedroom, you can see the sun rise in the morning above the dune landscape, where deer can often be seen. The house is spacious, has 2.5 floors and has all the comforts. There is a shared swimming pool + sauna.

Birds won’t even notice you are there and will continue their song while you are preparing breakfast. Visit our partners at the beach or order your food online as the ÖÖD Suites do not have a kitchen. This luxurious family house was restored in 2024. With 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. A large open kitchen and a cozy garden with a tv and a mini-fridge. It is also possible to add an extra baby bed. Just a 5 min walk to the trainstation to Amsterdam, This train will take you to Haarlem city in 10 minutes, and 25 minutes to Amsterdam. Also, if you want to go to the beach, its a 15 min drive to IJmuiden and if you take the train, you can be at Zandvoort in 25 min!

Loft in old fire station of Wijk aan Zee

Come and stay in the old Wilhelminaschool from 1884. In a quiet street is our building that was once built as a school, then served as a fire station and where we now live. This third classroom has been refurbished with a lot of love and patience and has now been transformed into a cozy 70m2 loft. Because the space has an open staircase and fairly open balustrade, the apartment is not suitable for small children. Kids from 7 years old are welcome.
