Our concept is simple, powerful and full of energy – especially for those who are open to (re)discovering the balance in life.

This beautiful family ship is fully equipped. There is a fully equipped kitchen, internet and toilet. There are 8 beds spread over a captain’s cabin, a room in the front and a fixed bunk bed next to the aisle. Showers are possible in the shower complex in the harbor, where 16 showers are available for you. You can also sail to Amsterdam and stay there for the night for example, or sail on the IJsselmeer or North Sea. We would like to tell you what is possible with our beautiful boat.

Basecamp in IJmuiden is a Tiny House Eco Resort with 33 unique Tiny Houses. ÖÖD Suite is one of the first mirror houses, characterized by Scandinavian minimalism. Here you are one with nature. The house is completely immersed in the environment. Birds won’t even notice you are there and will continue their song while you are preparing breakfast. Visit our partners at the beach or order your food online as the ÖÖD Suites do not have a kitchen. 🍃Welcome to Bijzonder Oostzaan, an idyllic place where you stay in a charming tiny house by the water, tucked away on the edge of the 't Twiske nature reserve. Here, you wake up to birdsong, look out over green meadows with horses and sheep, and enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside, while Amsterdam and the Zaanse Schans are surprisingly close by. The perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, a relaxing stay with friends or a special holiday with the family.

Luxury chalet near Haarlem, Zandvoort and Amsterdam

Beautiful detached chalet in our backyard with a heated pool (approximately May-October 1st). Plenty of privacy and warmly decorated. Beautifully located in Santpoort Zuid near the beaches of Bloemendaal, Zandvoort, and Ijmuiden. At the entrance to the Kennemerduinen dunes. Also within cycling distance: Haarlem, the best shopping city in the Netherlands, with its many restaurants and cozy pubs. Easily accessible by train and only 30 minutes from Amsterdam city center.

Cosy family home, free parking!

This luxurious family house was restored in 2024. With 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. A large open kitchen and a cozy garden with a tv and a mini-fridge. It is also possible to add an extra baby bed. Just a 5 min walk to the trainstation to Amsterdam, This train will take you to Haarlem city in 10 minutes, and 25 minutes to Amsterdam. Also, if you want to go to the beach, its a 15 min drive to IJmuiden and if you take the train, you can be at Zandvoort in 25 min!

SUN studio is located directly at the sea and dunes. You can enjoy sunrise over the dunes and sunset in the sea from your studio. Seating area: sea and kite zone view. Double bed (160x200): dune view. Kitchenette: microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and refrigerator (no stove/pans). Bathroom: bath and rain shower. Separate toilet. Balcony. Own entrance. Beds made, towels, WIFI, Netflix included. No pets dogs. Parking for free.
