My wife and I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay again. The place was exactly what we’re were looking for in a little beach get away. Very convenient location and just steps from the beach. Loved it!

My Husband and I booked with Caroline last minute (Same day) and she was kind. The apartment was perfect. Kitchen had everything we need and Roku for TV. Very close to shopping and beach! We ran out of propane and they immediately replaced it. Very kind hearted. Thank again Caroline. We will definitely be back!

Victor was very attentive and friendly, giving us a ton of local recommendations. The location was quiet and remote, but within a 10 minute drive to downtown St Pete. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed everything about the condo and the area! Was clean and directly looked over the ocean!

Mathew's place was exactly what I needed. Calm, quiet and very peaceful. I didn't hear the neighbors the whole time I was there. The beach was literally right out the window. So getting down there was very easy. Having a beach chair, cooler and bag in the condo was very convenient. The condo was very clean and homey. I liked being able to cook for myself and never having to leave the complex. I will definitely stay here again!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Scott’s place. The condo was sparkling clean- I am extremely picky about cleanliness and was not disappointed. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated all of the beach gear Scott had available for use. We loved the location and the view from the balcony is unmatched. Scott was quick to respond with the minor issue we had at check in and quickly resolved the issue. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

Great location, very homey, super close to the Tampa and Clearwater areas. Comfy bed Great shower My wife and I had an excellent stay and no issues. Tim was very responsive and answered all our questions that we had. Used all the amenities available to us and thought it was very reasonably priced. My only critiques are the parking area. Very close to the street and was hard to pull in and out when other cars were in the other parking spots. Also very tight in the bathroom and around the bed. There were a couple times we would hit our knees or toes on the corner of bed or corner of sink in bathroom when using the toilet. Very tight around the toilet Overall, a wonderful stay for my wife’s and I honeymoon and would definitely book again if in the area. Five stars.

We loved staying at this place! Beautiful home with lots of great amenities. Host was very responsive to our needs. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again. The hot tub and pool were the absolute favorite part of our stay.

Steve & Boyd were very responsive, any questions we had were answered within 15-30 minutes. The area is nice and quiet, and the privacy provided by the large fenced in yard around the pool area was great. The home fit our group of 10 well, and we had room for more. The pool area was beautiful and the highlight of the home for our group. The location is 15-20 minutes to beaches and great restaurants. I would recommend this home to anyone with a large group looking to spend time around the pool, visit the beach, or check out the local area. We will definitely look to stay at this property or another one of Steve & Boyd’s if we are in the Tampa Bay Area again. Thank you for the hospitality!

Samantha and Micaela are exceptional hosts who genuinely care about their guests’ experiences. From booking to checkout, they were consistently responsive and friendly. The property is ideally located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, just 10 minutes from the beach. The scenic drive is well worth it! The house is beautifully lit, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, making it feel like home. It’s the perfect beach cottage. We especially enjoyed the backyard, where you can grill, relax by the fire pit, or unwind in the hammock. We ended up spending more time at the house than exploring the area! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Clearwater Beach area. Thank you, Samantha and Micaela, for an unforgettable stay!

I can't recommend this house enough! My wife and I stayed here for honeymoon, and it was comfortable, felt very cozy, and had a great view of the West Coast Intercostal. The deck chairs and hot tub were great to relax in. The location is also nice - minutes away from the beach, restaurants, and boat rentals, and about a half hour drive from Tampa and St. Pete. Deanna was very helpful and communicated well.

Great airbnb for families. We had 2 small ones with us and they had all amenities we needed- pack n play (even sheets!), kids toy (for inside and for the beach), and high chair. Love the open living room to kitchen area. About 15mins drive to clearwater beach, so we were away from crazy touristy area, but still close enough for us to enjoy beach every day.

In late May 2025, my family and I had a very positive experience at the facility. We enjoyed the swimming pool and water park, which we used daily, and the complimentary water park passes were a great bonus. The air conditioning worked well, and the accommodations were commendable. Its proximity to several dining options and the beach, just a three-minute walk away, added to our enjoyment. The sun deck on the fifth floor offered spectacular views! While the experience was enjoyable overall, there were a few drawbacks worth noting. One significant limitation was the strict policy regarding food and beverages at the pool area during the water park's operational hours. Guests were not permitted to bring their own snacks or drinks, as security was actively enforcing this rule. However, it was possible to indulge in refreshments, provided they were purchased directly from one of the various vendors inside the water park. Check-out time is 10:00 AM, which I think is quite early.

Excellent experience throughout the entire time. Had beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrella. Really appreciated being able to use these items. Place was immaculate and comfortable. We will definitely visit again.

We honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our birthdays. From the moment we arrived, the owners were so warm and inviting. They surprised us with a few welcome goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel at home right away. The unit was beautiful—clean, spacious, and honestly felt like a little slice of luxury. The bed was super comfortable, and the towels and bedding were incredibly soft and fresh—you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything in top shape. The view of the bay was amazing, and we got to watch dolphins swim by from the unit, which was just magical. They had canoes available for us to use, which made for a fun and peaceful afternoon out on the water. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. They gave us some great local restaurant recommendations too, and we ended up trying a few that we might have otherwise missed. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks Lyn & Frank

The place is great, sits a few steps from an amazing beach and great restaurants. Tita was extremely helpful and accommodating! We would recommend this location to anyone looking for the location that has a little bit of everything.

Kimberly's place was so neat, clean and decorated so cute! The decor was appropriate for the ocean view. The view was amazing and we got to see dolphins from the deck. It was so neat! Very relaxing atmosphere and homey. We enjoyed our short 4 night stay and if we have an opportunity to come back, we would love to.
