Skånes Djurpark (animal park) is a 45-minute drive. There, Nordic animals such as wolves, bears, lynx and other Nordic species live in their natural environment. Here, a morning dip from your own jetty, birdsong for breakfast coffee and a rowboat are available for rent. Extra mattress for any 5th guest is available. Baby cot available. Sheets and towels can be rented for 125 SEK/person, paid via Airbnb after booking. Please let us know when booking if you wish. In Slättsjö, there are many beautiful walking paths through stately beech forests, both shorter walks, day hikes or longer trips along the Skåneleden. The area is known for its many lakes with mirror-clear water, the nearest lake Gårdssjön is 800 meters from the cabin. Värsjön (3 km) with a shallow sandy beach and good fishing. The cottage is surrounded by good mushroom and berry fields with plenty of both moose and deer.
