The place is located in the old quarter so walking is very convenient. The host is very friendly and maximum support in everything. I had a memorable stay and hope to have time to come back to this place!

Perfect location- in the heart of old town ( with all great local food and attractions) and close to the lake ( very nice for walking). It was quiet in the apparent as it is located a little bit back of the building ( only sometimes I heard neighbors talking loud). The entrance was scary for me ( you have to pass this old hall) but there are automatic lights that helps. Apartment is very simple ( in a good way) and functional. Modern and still with heritage style. You have everything that you need. Outside wc and bathroom ( was not a problem after you get into it)- there were never any insects. Washing-maschine is very handy on holidays with this heat. Beds and mattresses were comfortable what is very important. AirCo work properly.

Unbeatable location in the heart of the old quarter, yet hidden from the noise. The listing matched the description and had all the listed amenities. Communication with the host was always lightning-fast. Kien politely responded to all of my questions. Very well worth the price. Things to consider: - the apartment is basically on the fourth floor with narrow stairs and no elevator access. People with big luggage/mobility issues may find it difficult to access the unit. - the listing is in an alley which can be accessed from two sides, so it was a bit confusing at first when the driver dropped me off at the side different from the one in the host’s picture description. - no street facing window, but a nice balcony with a sitting area. - all of the appliances are in either Japanese or Vietnamese with no English instructions. However, Kien was super quick and thorough to explain how everything works. Despite all of the above, I’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
