In the cozy living room, the sofa can be converted into a double bed and thus offers two more sleeping options. The apartment is also in the immediate vicinity (about 1 km) of the shopping center Förde Park and about 5 km south of the apartment you will find the naturally beautiful and historic Sankelmarker See.

Our beautiful 1-room apartment in the commercial area is on the second floor and can be reached via an external staircase. It is built a little special and therefore quite unique and very comfortable. An open living, sleeping and kitchen area awaits you. In addition, there is a walk-in closet and a storage room. We only rent the apartment on the upper floor of our house. A staircase leads to the separate entrance to the upper floor of our house, where you will find a large combined living and dining area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The size of the apartment is about 50 square meters.
