Our self-contained, fully equipped and bright 45 sqm apartment is located in our home in a beautiful, quiet residential area next to the forest. The living-room looks out onto the garden and a small terrace. Frankfurt city centre by car is about 15 min. (off-peak), the closest public transportation station a 15 min. walk (down/up a fairly steep hill) (there's a bus, but it doesn't run on Saturdays after 3 p.m. and on Sundays). 2-4 people. Families with children very welcome.

The 2-room apartment (45 m²) offers a bedroom (box spring bed 160/200 cm), a living area with TV, a fully equipped kitchen-living room and a shower room. A parking space is easy to find in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The storage of bicycles is possible after consultation.

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Sie ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber gutem Anschluss nach Frankfurt, Fulda und Aschaffenburg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

This small but nice separate apartment offers everything you need. A living room with a large bed, TV, wardrobe, couch, workstation, Wi-Fi connection, etc. The kitchenette is fully equipped. Of course, you will receive fresh towels for the bathroom whenever you ask. Washing machine is available in bathroom. Dryers and drying rooms can be used. In addition, our large garden invites you to relax or barbecue and a private parking space is available.

Nice generous and tastefully furnished Appartment in listed villa. The whole upper floor with separate entrance offers place for 2-8 people. 3 bedrooms with double beds. An additional sleeping couch, one double bed and one additional single bed in the large living room. Unfortunately, due to the sharp rise in energy prices, I have to charge an additional fee, which is noted under the "Cleaning" item.
