Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

Located on the ground floor and consists of a spacious hallway, a spacious bathroom, 2 good bedrooms and a combined living room and kitchen. There is a terrace on both the front and back of the apartment.

Recharge your batteries with luxury at this unique and quiet accommodation. Beautiful romantic little cottage with views that give peace of mind. Large terrace/jetty with outdoor furniture, gas grill and wood-fired hot tub! (IMPORTANT! The hot tub does NOT have bubbles or massage, just lovely hot water). Inside there is a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with toilet and shower, well-equipped kitchen and living room with TV. Attic/mezzanine with 2 single beds, 1.80 ceiling height. Free rental of paddleboard and small kayak.

Newly renovated, stylish and functional annex centrally located in Flekkefjord. It is located in a busy area, but appears well shielded and isolated. Parking right outside. Nice small and cozy patio to enjoy. Only 5 minutes walk to Flekkefjord city center and Alti center. It is also close to restaurants and cultural/outdoor activities. Extremely versatile property that is great for singles, couples, friends and families with children. Can also fit workers. Bed linen is ready, but must be put on yourself.

Cozy old house located on the country side close to scenic water (Hanangervannet), known for its rich bird life and nice bathing. Large garden with scenic view. Simple standard, but cozy furnishings. The house has 4 separate bedrooms, where 3 are located on the second floor. Approx 7 minutes walk to bathing water which is very nice for smaller kids, shallow water and warmer than the sea. Approx 22 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Lista, which offers miles and miles of sand.

From the large panoramic windows you will get a unique view of the North Sea and Norway's largest concentration of bird species. Living in this architectural gem is an experience. Large living room with sofa bed, spacious kitchen, and bathroom with all necessary amenities — including a sauna! Nice outdoor area with two seating areas and evening sun until late. Note: We live upstairs, so you may hear some noise from creaky floors and occasional little footsteps from our young son.

Location right by the pool and with a great view of the beach and lake. There are 2 large bedrooms as well as a loft with many sleeping places. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom as well as children's toys and books. Trampoline and playground right outside. About 7 km to Farsund city center.
