Lake house holiday rentals in Hamlin Lake

Megan‘s place was beautiful! We stayed with a group of eight people and there was plenty of space and things to to do for each of us. We highly recommend this Airbnb to other families and groups who like to cook their own meals and relax by the lake.

Tony’s place was absolutely perfect for our family! We especially loved the deck right next to the water—it was the most peaceful spot to relax . The hot tub and pool were big hits too, and the location couldn’t have been better for our fishing charter. Tony was a fantastic host—super nice and flexible, which made everything easy. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to come back!

This property was everything and more!! We had a group of 10 and it fit everyone comfortably. Our group stayed for the Gus Macker tournament in Ludington and hope to stay at this property every year from now on as a tradition we loved it so much! The drive to Ludington was only 20 minutes. The drive to downtown Pentwater was less than 5 minutes and it was such a cute area we walked around shopping, getting ice cream & going to market at. The property itself, though, was our favorite place to be! Right on the water with an option to dock a boat there. We will definitely bring our boat next year. We caught tons of fish off the dock while others in our group roasted smores over the fire on the water. Best Airbnb I’ve stayed at so far!!

We had a great second trip to Creed’s place on Duck Lake! The setting and amenities brought us back—the kids loved the kayaks, paddle boards, and little private beach. With state park across the lake, the mornings on the dock are pure peaceful bliss. The Lake Michigan beach shore is minutes away by car and even reachable by paddle, which is very unique! Creed is a great host, greeting us with a warm welcome and helping to get the family’s gear down to the cabin with a motorized trolley. The place was clean and charming. We definitely recommend this gem and will be back for a third visit!

Great place on a quiet lake! Beds were comfy, outdoor space was nice, basement theatre/projector was fun and the pontoon boat was an added bonus to do some fishing. Host was a great communicator and was gracious with her flexibility. Had a wonderful stay!

Exceeded our expectations. We were very impressed with everything about it. The attention to detail and features were just wonderful. We treated it like our own home. So if your reading this and stay here ……PLEASE TAKE GREAT CARE OF IT LIKE WE DID…..BECAUSE IT IS NOW OUR GO TO PLACE. WE WANT IT TO BE JUST AS NICE AS IT WAS THIS TIME WHEN WE COME BACK! This was the BEST location and cottage we could have asked for! Great communication from host and such a perfect place for family to gather. Short walk to beach, great fire pit for making smores (a very kind touch with supplies in the host basket), and a peaceful setting on the creek. We would definitely come again!

Great home located near Lake Michigan! House was very clean! There were spiders and ants in the home but attribute that to the location (surrounded by trees). Owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Great location for a family vacation. The beach was beautiful and virtually private. I would recommend this home to others!

Charming place with everything you need labeled and at your fingertips. It was the perfect spot to getaway and unwind. Sarah and Kasey were excellent hosts.

Jamie was a great host! The place was set up so cute. A little smaller than the pics look, but still good. The doors and cabinets dont close all the way, but probably an older house, we could deal🙂 the outside wasnt setup like pics outside, but we moved the things no problem. It was winter, so couldn't get mad. We enjoyed some time at the bonfire. The hot tub was real nice! Jamie was always so fast to respond and help when needed. Great stay!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The lake is beautiful and right by a fun little beach on Lake Michigan. The bang-for-your-buck is solid too. We really enjoyed ourselves.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This was a last minute booking as our initial Airbnb for the weekend wasn’t usable to do an unfortunate circumstance. What a great last minute place to stay. We took day trips to Ludington to find some beers & eats. The house itself was as described, very clean and cozy. The hot tub was a plus and also very clean! A great place to kick back and enjoy peace & quiet! Highly recommend!

Great location for our annual fall trip. we'll be back!

Our stay in Frankfort was a first for my sisters and I. It was a delightful city. We walked to local restaurants and brewery. People were friendly. The house was large and we all had plenty of space. Bed’s comfortable. Beach access was nice even though our weather was cold.

We loved everything about Jamie’s place! It’s clean, bright and just so cute, and it has everything you could ever need in a home away from home. We’ve stayed in a few local Airbnbs and this one has been our favorite by far. We hope to return!

Would love to stay again!

We have stayed here multiple times over the years. This is the first time I booked it vs one of the other guys booking it. We always look for this house as it has everything we need and its close to the dunes

My husband and I loved this AirBnb. We watched the most beautiful sunset on kayaks and ate breakfast with lake Portage as our view. There was a really great nature trail within walking distance of the place too where you could take your dog for a walk.

This is a wonderful location. The hosts literally thought of everything from local sights to upscale condiments in the refrigerator and cabinets. Prime beach location. A great place to vacation.

House was very nice and clean. Great location for walking downtown only two minute walk. Hosts were very responsive!
