Enjoy our cottage with access to a private beach on Hamlin Lake. We are located 3 miles from the State Park and 5 miles from downtown Ludington. The Bluebird is a perfect place to relax with your family and enjoy the water and a bonfire in the evening. Included is WIFI, cable, a full private kitchen, living/dining room. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You must bring all of your own linens, bedding and towels for bath/kitchen. This cabin was very comfortable for all 8 of us. The bunk room was a great size for all of our kids. The little deck was a great size to read and drink coffee on. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, Ziploc bags, nice pots and pans. We had a great time using the fire pit and kayaks.

We booked Jordan’s place as a last minute getaway for Memorial Day weekend and It turned out to be the perfect place for us. We were able to rent the boat slip in addition which was super convenient. The location was great, my 18 month and I walked to the park and downtown Ludington everyday. The apartment was clean and cozy, had all the amenities we needed. There was even a fire pit and a sandy area for us to enjoy. Highly recommend Jordan’s place if you’re traveling to Ludington.

Nice house, peaceful neighborhood, convenient location...This is a great place to stay for a vacation in the Ludington area; close to town as well as the awesome state park. If you don't have three children under the age of 5 to chase around, you might enjoy some quiet time in the room at the back of the house with a terrific view of the bayou or even sit on the patio or the dock. We would absolutely stay here again. Other favorite features: big windows allow plenty of natural light, interior lights on beams in the dining/living/kitchen areas are a neat touch.

This location is an absolute gem, beautiful and pristine, from home to panoramic views! This is a bucket list destination, with endless possibilities for family fun and lake activities! The breathtaking vistas and sunsets were beyond words. Our hosts were amazing and attentive, their home is both gorgeous and peaceful. The opportunity to stay here was truly a gift, and I would highly recommend it! This part of the lake is so calm, peaceful, and relaxing. We truly enjoyed lounging on the grassy knoll & dock, and enjoying the kayaks and SUPs. The lake is so pristine. This visit felt like a piece of heaven. Thank you hosts for allowing us this beautiful family memory, God Bless!

This was our second stay at this beautiful cabin, and we are already planning our stay for next summer. Amanda is by far the best host I have encountered with Airbnb. She is incredibly responsive and friendly, and she goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The cabin is so charming and clean and has everything you could possibly need. We love that it is nestled among the woods, while being right across from Lake Michigan. Manistee is a great place to explore, with a fantastic beach, restaurants, cute shops, and a lovely public library. It’s great for an adult trip, but it’s also super kid-friendly. We are so grateful for Amanda and her cabin. If you are thinking about booking, do it! You will be so happy you did! ♥️

We’ve rented a few lakefront homes for our family vacations over the past 4-5 years and this one is our favorite. We loved the quaint and cozy feel the home had, from the vintage fireplace to the huge comfy rocking chair. We spent most of our time on the front porch overlooking the lake doing puzzles, reading books or just relaxing. Having the canoe and a kayak to use was a plus. We will definitely return again!

We had a wonderful stay at Marta’s!! The view is just gorgeous. The cottage is well kept and very cute. It was very clean and well stocked with anything we might need. We loved being able to dock our boat there for easy rides out on the lake. Sitting by the fire while watching the sunset was a highlight. We will absolutely be staying here again and will be recommending the cottage to our friends and family.
