Monthly Rentals in Hamilton

Everything at this property was beautiful! The bed was comfortable & everything was incredibly clean. Details such as coffee, milk, & light breakfast were appreciated. The host even left a special treat for us. The property had its own unique charm….with artwork, well maintained living plants, and an exceptional private backyard space—that was perfect to relax & unwind from a busy day. Lake Rotoroa was easily walkable, but walk to city center/riverwalk/reataurants was about 30 minutes by foot. Overall, would highly recommend staying here! We hope to return again soon.

Everything was pretty much exactly as per the photos, descriptions & past reviews. Great for a short stay in the area to visit Hobbiton & Hamilton Gardens. Traffic at peak times is really bad but ok out of peak times. Make sure you have access to google maps when visiting & I can’t imagine being there without a car as public transport is very limited. Host Erena was very helpful & I highly recommend this property.

We had an incredible stay at this thoughtfully designed and immaculate apartment. We loved the special touches such as coffee pods that were roasted and made locally. Every room is beautifully styled, well-equipped and ultra-comfortable. The apartment is spacious, filled with natural light, and spotlessly clean. Check-in was seamless, and communication from Caitlyn was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, style, and a hassle-free stay.
