Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Hamilton

This is our family’s third stay at Charlotte’s and we hope it won’t be our last! Our family feels very comfortable staying here and can’t rave about it enough. There is everything you need, it’s a great location and Charlotte is amazing as a host and communicator. We are so grateful that Charlotte has had us back time and again.

We cannot say enough positive things about Brendan and his place. It’s pristine peaceful spacious. Beautiful family neighborhood. Easy access to sights, groceries, highways. Brendan was quick to respond to questions, super flexible and the directions for checking out were clear and simple. It’s THE perfect place to experience Hamilton and access other fun parts of the North Island!

This is a wonderful property. Such a great layout. We loved the courtyard, pool and gardens. Such a warm homely feel.

This was perfect for our stay. The location is perfect for walks along the river, walking distance to the city centre and also some very nice local cafes and shops. Private, with off road parking, a real sun trap with comfortable furniture and fabulous beds. Upon arrival we discovered that Karen had provided us with a few extra little things to make our stay more comfortable, for which we were very appreciative. We will definitely try to stay here next time we are back in Hamilton.

Loved staying at the Hospital Haven. Karen provided us with directions to get to her place which made things easy. She also provided us with all the necessities for our stay which made things soooo convenient for my family, especially with it being Easter and stores being closed. We felt so at-home; if we could, we would have definitely stayed longer. Hopefully, if we ever visit Hamilton again, the Hospital Haven will be our go-to. Thank you so much Karen!!

Members of my family gathered to a wedding close by. We were travelling from across NZ and Australia. 7 adults, 2 children and an infant. The property was spectacular. The property allowed us to meet for food and conversation and everyone was included because the spacious indoor and outdoor areas. We could also find a space for some alone time. It's semi-rural and peaceful. We had horses, bunnies and a kitty for neighbours. But also 10 mins from local shops. Everyone commented on how cosy the beds are - good sleep had by all. Plenty of bathrooms and the showers were great. Nicola was a very attentive owner. I highly recommend this property to others. Go check it out. You won't be disappointed.

Great one night stay. Felt like a home away from home. Wonderful bed, no road noise so awesome sleep. Nadine is super lovely and her very friendly pets added to the charm. Thanks for the cups of tea, warmed croissants and plenty of chats.

The property is beautifully presented, in a very quiet and picture perfect location. We had a wonderful time, and surprised ourselves with the good rest we all had. The living space and outdoor area are massive, and it is a very perfect location for a weekend away.

Gaewyn’s place was kept beautifully inside and out! They are both lovely people to stay around and chat withand had the additional bonus of Miles (dog) who was always there to greet us when we returned home. Would definitely recommend and stay again if I can back to New Zealand ☺️

Carol-Ann was a wonderful host to me and my partner. The property is beautiful, lovely gardens and super cool house. We felt very welcome there and made great friends with her cat. There is also a nice view of the hills from the house, Maungatautari etc. Very close to cambridge, and all its cafes, and Carol-Ann prepared us breakfast every morning with her home made bread. Thank you Carol-Ann for a wonderful stay!

We had a huge week looking after a school group while staying at Jacqui's place and the only negative was that we could not spend more time at her place around the pool or enjoying the incredible grounds

Absolutely perfect! Beautiful gardens. So private and peaceful. Perfect for our group of 8. Graeme and Jenny were so kind and responsive. Loved it!

Really beautiful place to stay, quite close to Hobbiton and Matamata. Nice distance from other houses if you're looking for a more private location. Caren is lovely and really responsive.
