Stayed at Simone's while hubby was at Waikato hospital. It's not close to the hospital but perfect restful place to retreat to each evening, with Chartwell shopping centre close by. Had everything I needed plus could have my wee pooch with me. Would definitely stay again.

Thanks for our lovely stay at your beautiful home. It was perfect for our family group and our two dogs. We had lots of space and the dogs had plenty of room to run around. It was close to the university for the graduation we attended and close to the supermarket too. The house had everything we needed and the fresh fruit was a really nice touch thanks. The only negative would be there is only one shower for a big group of people and the shower pressure is terrible. Other than that no other issues. We would happily stay here again 😁

This was a lovely place to stay for us (3 adults and 2 young children). A very comfortable stay with outstanding beds and lounge area. We loved the balcony offering a great extra space with beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset. Great location close to amenities also.

Kathleen and Justin are great hosts, who go out of there way to help their guests. Great people a pleasure to meet them and stay with them. The house is really nice and spacious, the room had the amenities listed and was spotlessly clean. the bed was great - so comfortable. The bathroom had an excellent shower, both hot and flow control. Very relaxing. I felt totally at home. When I needed anything Kathy and Justin were on hand to help. Great. The house was very quiet with good internet speed and I was able to attend an overseas meeting. So really happy. Overall totally recommended, definitely among AirBnB's best. I hope to return to Hamilton again soon and look forward to staying with Kathy and Justin again. Thanks for a great stay.

We came up with our families to go to the Bluey show at Globe theatre and aren't very familiar with Hamilton. We were so lucky to find Heemi's house and so glad we did! The house was spotless, very comfortable and homely and had everything we needed for our stay. The house is very private in a back section, lots of parking, spacious and a fantastic outdoor entertaining space. Within 5 mins there is a supermarket and plenty of options for food. All in all we really enjoyed our stay - thanks again!

Pedro and Martin are definitely great hosts! We felt right at home. You had your own space, but you could also have great conversations with the two of them; they gave us tips and so on. They are just kind-hearted people! We would come back anytime :) And you will definitely love the dog Tapioca!

Highly recommend place in Hamilton!! Everything brand new, super clean, tidy, comfy house. Free Nespresso and a lot of type of tea. Amber the cat pretty much cute and friendly. Hosts was very nice and polite. Absolutely coming back here!!!!!

I would stay in this air b n b again. Like other reviewers said, comfortable, clean, smelt nice. The odd and pleasant sight of a feline. K is friendly, left me to it and reminded me to make myself at home. It was nice to retreat in my room for one night. I took my own breaky and dinner, etc in a small chill bin/pack. Placing it in mini fridge.Bathroom close by. With optional spa bath. Other guest not a bother. Ks Son was also friendly on entry. nice and quiet. Lovely. Happy to stop by when i need a overnighter. As this was my stop over night from Paeroa with appointments Tuesday and weds. will come back even with husband. Many thanks Gemma
