Holiday rentals with a patio in Hamilton City Council

Superb stay. Stunning cottage and absolutely immaculate. Wayne and Kim were so helpful to accommodate us (including our 19 year old daughter who decided to join us at the last minute)! We feel lucky to have found this stay and extremely grateful. Location is fantastic - right beside the lake and an easy walk into town centre.

Super super clean - lovely kitchen with everything you need - lovely soft beds and special little treat of some wine and chocolates Perfect for our needs and Chris and Kathryn were always super quick when we asked a question !

We had a great two night stay at Emma's apartment. It was tidy and had everything we needed. Emma had great communication and gave very helpful information

Ewan's apartment was perfect for our stay. Great location, well equipped with a comfortable bed, very safe and secure building. Covered carpark a bonus too. Great host, will definitely visit again.

We stayed at Jackie’s place as part of a road trip. Despite MY poor communication on the day of check-in, Jackie was very professional and responsive and made a breeze. Carpark is very secure, as is the elevator to get to the apartment floor. The apartment building is very central to amazing restaurants and is a very walkable 20-25mins to FMG Stadium, where we watched the Chiefs play the Highlanders (great environment and local crowd energy!!). Hamilton is renowned for gorgeous gardens and we also made the most of our time there as well. I highly recommend this place as a way to explore Hamilton and surrounds and if available would stay again.

This was a lovely place to stay for us (3 adults and 2 young children). A very comfortable stay with outstanding beds and lounge area. We loved the balcony offering a great extra space with beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset. Great location close to amenities also.

We enjoyed the stay here. It's not a big house, but contains everything we need. The neighbors are quite. Near a park and playground. The hosts are responsible and responded swiftly.

The house had a very homely, fresh, welcoming feel about it. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Lovely to have views of the river and close proximity to Hamilton Gardens.

Sarna’s place was cozy, comfortable and felt like home. It was a peaceful retreat for our family in the evenings. It was lovely to be tucked away from the street as well.

A lovely home in a great area. Close to everything… well presented and spotlessly clean. Security was good. It suited our group’s needs well. The main road was a bit noisey, but it was worth it being walking distance to town, Hamilton Gardens, food places, the river, parks, etc. Would definitely come back next time.

Sarah’s place is very modern clean and comfortable. Great communication and friendly flexibility. Very easy access with key code pad. Beds are very comfortable. Master up and two others downstairs which works well. Apartment Is well equipped. Max two car parking. Be aware driveway is hard to spot when you first arrive and is on a fast bend otherwise good location.

Very lovely little townhouse in Hamilton. Well looked after and as described. Only thing to note is the close proximity to train tracks and nearby noise, however this is compensated by supplying of ear plugs by the host- which is a lovely thought. Would recommend if staying in Hamilton.

The accommodation is 11/10 with a 6 star rating for everything one needs for an escape. Modern, minimalist really private in a bustling area. We loved our stay and will return again. Thanks to Denise. Excellent comms and a few personal touches.

Denise was welcoming and a good communicator before and during our stay. The weather was against us but we enjoyed the comfortable, well positioned apartment.

Fabulous location, so close to shops and restaurants. Clean and modern apartment with very comfortable beds. Welcome note and biscuits waiting on arrival, will definitely be back and recommending to friends. Thank you, Karen and George.
