A lovely tranquil place to visit. Easy check in and everything as expected. Katrina was quick to respond to our queries and extremely helpful. Perfect place for our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay. Located at a peaceful area. Baby friendly. There are plates for babies, a highchair and a cot. Loved the low sofa in the living room. Comfortable for adults but also made it a safe and comfortable space for our little ones to play. There was a swimming pool perfect for kids, and a spa. We couldn't use them unfortunately as the weather turned colder during our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay. Nathan was incredibly welcoming and allowed us to use his place for our small wedding ceremony. It was the most amazing day and we really enjoyed our entire stay. Thanks again Nathan!! We will always remember this beautiful space that we held our special day at. ☺️

had a lovely quick stay here to break up the long road trip we were on. Kids loved the pool and the location is an easy drive to everywhere in Hamilton. Beds were super comfy! recommended!

Andrew's place was a great stay for our family over the holidays. A bit close to neighbors but a beautiful cafe is walkable and a great place to relax. It is also very centrally located to shopping and others attractions. We really appreciated the covered car park and that the house is all on one floor. Overall a great experience, we would stay here again.

Highly recommend to choose this property when you are trying to explore either Waitomo, Waikato or Hobbiton movie set. Easy 1 hour drive to all the attractions above. What’s more, it also has EV charger, great and proactive host. We had a great experience here.

Sarna’s place was cozy, comfortable and felt like home. It was a peaceful retreat for our family in the evenings. It was lovely to be tucked away from the street as well.

Great central location with the convenience of a supermarket right next door! Off street garaged parking a real bonus. Host was super helpful and accomodating of our need to extend our stay twice.

We cannot say enough positive things about Brendan and his place. It’s pristine peaceful spacious. Beautiful family neighborhood. Easy access to sights, groceries, highways. Brendan was quick to respond to questions, super flexible and the directions for checking out were clear and simple. It’s THE perfect place to experience Hamilton and access other fun parts of the North Island!

Thank you for a great stay. We enjoyed our stay and everything was as described. Close to the hospital if that's what you are after and the Queen bed is firm if that's your comfort preference.

Franks was extremely communicative amd have me all the infomation required. I wasnt available during the stay however he was exceptional in providing support and the house was excellent. Franks house and stay is one of the best we have experienced.

Lisa's place was just what we needed for our stay in Hamilton. Townhouse is modern and has all amenities one could want. Perfect location to take on all of the nearby sites and convenient for day trips. We really liked the setup of the place and would definitely stay again. Thanks Lisa!

The house was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view, although it was a little far from the city center of Hamilton. I accidentally checked out without taking some important clothes, but when I consulted the owner, they responded very kindly and even arranged to send the items to my next accommodation. Also, when I mentioned that the Wi-Fi was unstable and it was difficult for me to attend my work meetings, the owner made a sincere effort to improve the situation.Thank you so much.

Beautiful home with a great courtyard and yard. Was spacious and easy way to get around. Had kids toys which my daughter loved playing with. Would highly recommend.
