Relax in the countryside in a secluded 150 sqm, newly renovated, large apartment on a former farm. On the covered terrace there is a gas grill, a dart board and a foosball table. You can cycle, the Aller Weser cycle path starts right outside the front door, go for a walk or swim in the nearby Aller. The village is about 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, the Aller is about 5 minutes walk. Children and dogs are welcome.

This sounds like a charming basement apartment in an attractive location! The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city. The living and sleeping area as well as the small kitchen niche offer a practical and cozy living atmosphere. The bathroom with shower and washing machine is also very practical and increases comfort.

Modern bakery on a farm

We, Carlotta & Paul, have completely renovated our small bakery from 1816 in the past two years with natural and sustainable building materials. The furniture and the kitchen are also planned with a lot of love and built in our workshop. For two people, the bakery offers enough space to relax for a few days, to start a short trip to the Lüneburg Heath or simply to unwind. We look forward to seeing you!

The apartment is beautifully located on the southernmost edge of the Lüneburg Heath near the Heath Park, the Safari Park and the World Bird and is located in the attic of my small half-timbered house. There is a large garden with fruit trees, seating areas, sun loungers and hammock. The surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike or boat tours on the Aller and Leine rivers.

The lovingly furnished apartment offers space for 3 people and invites you to feel good. The Lieth forest starts after about 2 minutes walk.
