The outdoor toilet with lighting and water, has guaranteed Sweden's most beautiful view. Outdoor shower with hot water protected from view. Boating experience is required to get to the privately-owned island. Dock at the jetty with a stable plastic boat about 5 m with a 9 hp outboard motor, good for fishing from. Swim at the child-friendly sandy beach opposite.

Upstairs, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The floor plan is open with sofa, TV and dining area for 6-8 people. Washing machine and extra freezer are located in the garage, which is wall-to-wall with the apartment. Parking is available adjacent to the house. Guest house location, see floor plan. Unique, beautiful and peaceful accommodation in a genuine cottage on beautiful Otterön southwest of Grebbestad with stunning views of the beach and the sea. For those who want to hike in the Bohuslän environment on cliffs and in groves, sunbathe and swim, paddle. On the ground floor of the house there is the kitchen, the living room and toilet and shower room with washing machine. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a hall, 5 beds. Otterön is without a bridge connection, shops and streets. Only rented on a weekly basis.

There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max 10 guests in the house, of which 8 may be adults. No pets.
