Located on the ground floor, it offers direct garden access for a relaxing stay. A public transport stop is just 180 m away, making it easy to reach any part of the city within 30 minutes.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. In die Innenstadt gelangt ihr nach 5 Gehminuten zur Bahn mit der U1 in nur 18 oder in nur 10 Minuten ins schöne Eppendorf oder Alster.

Running and cycling routes right outside the door.

This apartment has everything one needs for a perfect stay in Hamburg. It's centrally located and well equipped. An occupancy of 2 adults + 1 children is ideal (2 children possible). The second bed is a bunk bed. The bottom is 1.20m x 2.00m and the top is 0.90 x 2.00m. The upper part is suitable for children aged 6-12.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a south-facing balcony, where you can also enjoy the evening sun. Various bus lines and U-/S-Bahn stations are in the immediate vicinity.
