Königstrasse subway station (5 min. walk), the Altona Train Station (10 min. walk) and the Altona Central Bus Station (10 min. walk) all Hamburg destinations are easily reached.

You live in the geographical center of Hamburg - a perfect starting point for your Hamburg trip. The train station is just 100 metres away, and in a few minutes you can be in the shopping precinct, at the town hall or at the harbour. We have free parking right outside the door. The guest suite in my townhouse offers you privacy and a cosy place to unwind. There’s a 24-hour gym, a supermarket, cafés and restaurants right on the doorstep, and a modern swimming pool not far away.

Schanzen Loft-City, Messe, Reeperbahn Karoviertel [district]

A great former retail space near the Schanzenviertel. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside the door. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe and the city are within easy reach. The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with a bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement corridor. We often use the loft space as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families but also for business travelers.

There are two bedrooms, one of which has its own shower room with toilet. From the hallway, there is a kitchen, another shower room with toilet and the spacious living & dining room with access to the terrace - where you are sun-drenched due to the south-west orientation.

Beautiful mini loft, very high-quality furnishings, in the heart of Hamburg-Bahrenfeld. In the middle of the Theodorhof, a former barracks site, with its beautiful buildings and versatile tenants. The landlord is the nullviernull Tonproduktion, which converted an old bunker complex into 11 beautiful offices and mini-lofts with a lot of love for detail. A bus stop is nearby and it takes less than 4 minutes to get to BAB 7, Bahrenfeld exit.
