Das Studio liegt im UG des Hauses und verfügt über ein Doppelbett, Einbauküche, Tisch mit 2 bequemen Stühlen sowie ein eigenes Duschbad. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is an 8-minute walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house.
