It is an ideal starting point for trips to the Lüneburg Heide, Hamburg and Bremen; Heidepark, Outlet Mall, Snow Dome, Soltau Therme, Cartcenter, Center Park, Wildpark, Serengeti Park, .. We are extremely popular as a transit stop for vacation trips and are close to the Autobahn. Experience peace.

The accommodation is a small two-room apartment on an old farm site in Tostedt near Hamburg with excellent access to public transport. Rural charm with plenty of outdoor recreational opportunities thus comes along with proximity to the city. The apartment is located in the middle of our farm yard in Tostedt close to Hamburg. You can easily get there via car or train. The area is charming because it is so close to the city but still very calm.

Between the orchards

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). Our 1-room apartment is fully equipped and really very nice. We look forward to seeing you soon...

Vacation home Franzhorner Forst

Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.
