Die Einliegerwohnung mit 60 qm Größe befindet sich in Marl-Hüls in einer zentralen, aber doch sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße. Bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es nur 200 m, von dort sind der Bahnhof Marl-Sinsen oder der S-Bahnhof Marl-Mitte mit Verbindungen nach Münster oder Essen bzw. Haltern am See oder Wuppertal in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Bett befindet sich im Schlafzimmer, im Wohnzimmer der Wohnung befindet sich eine Schlafcouch. Der Preis enthält auch sämtliche Gebühren von Airbnb.

Die FeWo im OG mit Balkon ist komplett ausgestattet, eine Garage mit e-Ladestationen für Fahrräder, PKW-Stellplatz sowie ein Kellerraum stehen zur Verfügung. Eine abwechslungsreiche Umgebung mit Bächen, Seen laden zu Spaziergängen und Radtouren ein. Naturverbundenheit und Nachhaltigkeit sind uns ein besonderes Anliegen. Ausreichend öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich gegenüber dem Haus. In der lichtdurchfluteten Wohnung von ca. 45 m2 befindet sich ein Wohnzimmer (mit Essbereich, TV, Sofa); ein Schlafzimmer( mit bequemen Kingsize-Bett (1,8mx2m), und eigenes Badezimmer. Somit ist die Unterkunft sehr privat und bietet alles was man braucht. Haltern am See tut gut!

Our apartment in the beautiful district of Sythen-Lehmbraken, the city of Haltern am See. In Sythen you will find everything your vacationer's heart needs, from a supermarket and snack bars to an Italian restaurant and an ice cream parlor. In the summer months, our small but beautiful outdoor pool is also open. The well-known and always well-attended Silbersee with its gastronomy is within walking distance of the apartment. The train station is 2 km from our apartment.

The apartment Kuhblick is located on a farm with 400 cows. The apartment is 80 square meters, is on the 1st floor and is suitable for up to 4 people. (1 double bed in the bedroom, sofa bed in the living room) The quiet surroundings invite you to hike or cycle. The city center and shopping facilities are about 3 km away. Nearby is the Ketteler Hof, the Granat Wildlife Park and the Halterner Stausee. Discover the gorgeous landscape that surrounds this place to stay.

Die im August 2024 fertiggestellte Neubau Wohnung befindet sich direkt in Haltern am See und nur ein paar Meter entfernt vom wunderschönen Naturschutzgebiet Hohe Mark. Die nach Südwest ausgerichtete Dachterasse lässt viel Licht in den offenen Wohnessbereich. Das Sofa lässt sich zu einem 1,60m Schlafsofa ausziehen. so dass maximal 4 Personen hier schlafen können.
