Hello there! You're booking a room on the upper floor of my semi-detached house! Once you move in, we’ll both be housemates with no hierarchy between us. :) It’s very quiet during the day; occasionally, a neighbor might start up some heavy equipment, but you won’t hear any traffic noise or similar disturbances. You can reach downtown Dortmund by train in 10 minutes, with the station just a 10-minute walk away. Thanks to the B236 and A2, you’re also well-connected to surrounding areas by car.

Freistehender Neubau direkt am Phönixsee mit privatem Eingang und 2 privaten Parkplätzen. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen offenen Wohn-, Koch- und Essbereich mit vollausgestatteter Einbauküche und integrierter Kücheninsel. Die drei Etagen verfügen über drei Schlafzimmer mit 2 Bädern mit Regendusche und Badewanne. Zwei Etagen verfügen über einen großzügigen Balkon bzw. eine Dachterrasse mit Südausrichtung und einem unvergleichlichen Blick auf den Phönix See. Ca. 10 min zum Signal-Iduna park.

Bed & Breakfast am Phönixsee Dortmund

Wir bieten ein 12qm Zimmer für unsere Gäste aus aller Welt an. Das Zimmer hat auch noch einen durch eine Glastür getrennten ca. 2,5qm großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Es befindet sich im 1.OG unseres Hauses. Ein Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche steht zur freien Verfügung. Neben der Waschmaschine und dem Trockner kann auch unsere Küche und das Wohnzimmer mit Kamin im Erdgeschoss benutzt werden. Auf Wunsch wird ein abwechslungsreiches Frühstück für 10€ Aufpreis pro Person angeboten.

NEW from May 2025: Our house on the Werse: surrounded by nature and yet only 20 minutes by bike to the main market. The vacation home is located on a 1000 m² property and offers direct access to the Werse. The landscape conservation area is characterized by the typical boathouses that lie like pearls on a chain on the idyllic river. In the nearby outdoor pool Stapelskotten you can swim, the bike and hiking trail starts in front of the door and the boat rental is also not far.
