My wife and I were able to spend three wonderful days in this accommodation – and we honestly couldn't have wished for anything better. The apartment was not only extremely clean and tastefully furnished, but also radiated a special warmth and cosiness, in which you immediately feel at home. Communication with the host was warm, fast and consistently reliable – you immediately notice that a lot of love and dedication is put into the work here. Also the location was ideal, quiet and yet well connected. In every respect, we felt very welcome and valued. Thank you for the great hospitality – we would love to come back anytime!

Everything was perfect, the hostess was very responsive and created very comfortable conditions with a gorgeous view of the lake, we felt at home, the reality exceeded expectations and special thanks for the compliment in the form of flowers, fruits and sweets. I recommend it 100%!

We really enjoyed the house. Everything was good.

We spent a relaxed long weekend with 6 adults and 2 children in the wooden house. The wooden house is exactly as described: very cozy, well equipped (basic equipment in the kitchen, enough towels...) and very idyllically located. Communication with Norbert in advance and on site was very friendly and uncomplicated. We would come back.

We felt very comfortable at Patricia's and had a very relaxing time in Bochum. The house is as described, very spacious and cozy. The communication with the host was impeccable and very friendly. We were completely satisfied, especially the many bathrooms and toilets made the stay with 6 girls much easier!

I felt very comfortable. The contact with Maria was very nice. A very quiet apartment. Exactly as described and very clean. In addition, with everything you need. I would book the place again anytime.

The basement was nice, comfortable and clean. The contact with Katharina and her partner was very relaxed and pleasant. The Landsheer dogs were sweet and soothing.

Mariette's apartment is a real gem: in a quiet location, tastefully furnished with all the practical things you like to have in your own apartment and - a special feature - with a small "kiosk" with selected drinks and food for daily needs. Communication with Mariette before, during and after our stay was always very friendly and constructive. Unfortunately, due to our travel plans, we were only able to stay one night.

An older apartment with a special charm, very centrally located and easy to reach. Communication was always fast and friendly. We'd love to stay there again!

Simply great. We were with 3 small children (incl. baby) there. The apartment was perfectly equipped for this. The communication was completely uncomplicated and it was simply well organised. Raphael and his family were also extremely friendly and helpful on site. We had a lot of fun and the apartment is highly recommended. We would come back.

Really furnished with heart and soul. It smelled good, everything fresh and inviting. A lot of effort was put into the furnishings. Attention to detail, modern, beautiful and everything you need is available. You don't have to bring anything at all. I felt so comfortable, also from the area, so I will definitely book there again. Great stay, very central and convenient location. Amazing and big terrace with many beautiful plants. Big kitchen. If you have a chance to visit Dortmund you won't regret staying here.

Really clean apartment. Nice kitchen and very nice rain shower, plus regular shower sprayer & large soaking tub(but narrow). Tub can soak anyone as it’s very long & deep but short legged people may have trouble getting out possibly put a step stool in bathroom. Everything is as you see in the photos. Philip also provided his own iron for my wrinkled clothes! There needs to be an extra key for any guests which aren’t coming & going at the same time because the inner door can only be shut with a key. Very close to the U-bahn and not far of a walk to the old town. Great stay!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment. The fenced garden was ideal for our dogs, who also enjoyed the walks by the nearby water. Everything was tip top clean and beautifully furnished - you could tell that someone had made an effort. The surroundings are amazing and you can quickly reach all the interesting places in the Ruhr area. An absolute recommendation!

Beautiful location at the top of a hill, surrounded by nature between Vorhalle, Herdecke and Wetter. You can walk a trail through the woods, down a hill into Herdecke in about 15 minutes. Very comfortable, clean and cozy unit. We were able to keep our bicycles on site and enjoy the unit car-free. I also appreciate that the unit is smoke-free. Stefan and his family are very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!
