Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Stay by the sea with a private jetty

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

New and modern, 32 square meters with four beds. Modern fully equipped kitchen. Toilet and shower. You are in the countryside, surrounded by lovely pastures with cows and horses. Only 3 km to the sea and 5 km to the swimming area, docks, kiosk (June-Aug), boat harbor and the possibility of sea fishing. At the same distance, there is a bakery with breakfast and a café. At a convenient distance just 19 minutes by car is Marstrand, one of Sweden's most popular tourist destinations. Barely an hour's drive from Landvetter airport.

Kovikshamn - a gem by the sea!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Overlooking fields and meadows, you can hear the birds chirping, the aspen leaves bending in the wind and it is not uncommon to see a moose moving forward. You can take a refreshing swim with a short walk to the sea. There are many hiking trails and lookout points. Hållsunga Skafferi - a farm shop within walking distance. My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
