The house is partially renovated - recycled materials - based on the old house from 1960.

Hygiene: Reinigung durch Profis, Waschmaschine direkt im Haus und frei verfügbar. Das Wohnzimmer und die zwei Schlafzimmer wurden 2025 von Grund auf saniert und erhielten einen Dielenboden. 2026 entstand ein neues Terrassendeck aus Holz.
