Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

The vacation home is modernly equipped with 1 living room (with sleeping option), 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen-living room. It has satellite TV in the living room, in 2 bedrooms and kitchen as well as free Wi-Fi. Behind the house is an approx. 900 sqm garden to relax and unwind. Here you can enjoy your breakfast in peace and quiet and end the day.

Calm loft in the heart of Leipzig

If you like it rather unconventional, this is the right place for you. The loft is located in a very quiet courtyard in a farm building from the turn of the last century. There are 2 workshops (no noise!) for design students in the private courtyard. The Airbnb is on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor are our private rooms and a studio. Here you will find a perfect retreat with a wide view of the greenery just 10 minutes from the city center.

Studio apartment in Lindenau

The guest room is located in Lindenau, a colorful and lively district in the west of Leipzig. Lindenau borders directly on the somewhat better known Plagwitz. The two art centers Baumwollspinnerei and Tapetenwerk are located here. You can go out great, but also find your peace, for example, on the canal or in the palm garden. The Musical Comedy, the Theater der Jungen Welt or the Schaubühne Lindenfels are within walking distance.

Guest apartment "Prague Bridge"

We offer a functionally equipped, lockable guest apartment in our modern Bauhaus-style town villa near the Battle Monument in Leipzig ATTENTION: From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig levies a guest tax of 1.00 Euro (2 guests) respectively 3.00 Euro (1 guest) per night and person (exceptions: children, adolescents, apprentices, students). The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.

Finally relax, chill, swim or do sports such as cycling, inline skating, hiking or water sports, everything is possible. Then we have something for you, a whole vacation home for you alone. Our newly built (May 2020) spacious vacation home is located in a quiet location directly on Lake Hainer and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).
