**First occupancy July 2024** Our cozy and lovingly furnished new apartment is located right in the heart of Buching, right next to the Buchenberg cable car and within walking distance of numerous restaurants. A bakery, butcher, cheese shop and a large Edeka are within 5-10 minutes' walking distance. Neuschwanstein Castle and many swimming lakes are minutes by car. The Tyrolean border and Füssen are just under 15 minutes away by car. Parking is available in front of the house.

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in Mitten der Allgäuer Alpen. Wir bieten den idealen Startpunkt für einen Besuch des Schloss Neuschwansteins. Naturliebhaber und Freizeitsportler kommen voll auf ihre Kosten. Die Seilbahn zum Buchenberg ist nur 150 Meter entfernt. Gaststätten und ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Min. zu erreichen. Seen sind bequem mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Hochwertiger Gasgrill inklusive Gas stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

The apartment can accommodate two adults and two children. The tourist tax is not included in the price and has to be paid in cash on site. Breakfast is not included in the price, but we would be happy to get you fresh baked goods from the bakery.
