The apartment is stylish, comfortable and very clean. We loved the view and the space was great, high ceilings and period features. Having been to St Leonards before we knew that our favourite restaurants were walkable too. Moyra was a great host and very helpful and considerate about check in time, much appreciated.

Great location and value. Genuinely dog friendly. Nice garden and private park out back. 10 mins walk to town, 2 mins beach.

As it turned out my wife & I caught a cold from Hell at the last moment, and because we were visiting an elderly relative in a care home and the other house guests are also of a certain age we decided not to go , but here is the comment from the two guests who stayed . “ Everything was fine, very well equipped, a little shabby in places, excellent position and parking worked well.” From my side Phil made everything run smoothly so I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment. Recently has a fantastic stay here. A really convenient location to the local area and transport links. Easy to find with the helpful instructions. A delightful beach cabin experience. I booked this beautiful home for a recent girls trip. Sofia allowed us to get access early as several of us had come on overnight flights. The home is easily locatable and perfectly situated. We spent four nights, enjoying long dinners at the dining room table, sitting on the back deck, enjoying the stunning view and sleeping peacefully in the lovely bedroom. Sofia was responsive throughout our visit, and even let us check out a little bit later than planned so we could further enjoy the beach. note that this is a very low tide beach. If you’re hoping to swim, you will likely need to go to another part of the beach. The water is ankle deep goes out at that level for a very long way. The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds are super comfortable. I am a stickler for having decent hot water for a nice bath, and that was not a problem at all. Thank you so much to Sofia and her partner. We look forward ved every minute.

Myself and 5 of my girlfriends spent the weekend at this cottage to celebrate a special occasion. The cottage is absolutely stunning. It is even better in person than in the photos (which is saying something!). It was clean and had all essential amenities, including shampoo / conditioner, towels. shower gel, tea bags, coffee, milk, the list goes on! It is tucked away and very quiet and peaceful which is just what we wanted. We were able to get into Brighton city centre easily using a local taxi service which is recommended by the hosts. We had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. Highly recommend! Thank you :)

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Weather was cool so we didn’t spend time in the beautiful garden but the azaleas bloomed and we enjoyed them from the lounge. Fiona left all kinds of delicious treats and a bottle of prosecco for us. The house was well situated for Monk’s House, Charleston Farm, Great Dixter, Standen House and Batemans. Supermarkets are nearby as are many good restaurants.

Wendy’s home was the perfect location for our time in Tunbridge Wells. The parking was super easy, and the house itself had everything we needed, including for our 18 month old. Wendy was the ideal host, and she went above and beyond in her communications and also in the special treats waiting for us when we arrived. I definitely recommend Wendy’s home!

Our daughter was very recently diagnosed with a rare form of epilepsy. Due to her medication, we were unable to fly, which meant that we had to cancel our planned family trip abroad for her 1st birthday. We found Alex and Lucie’s listing and it seemed almost too good to be true! Somewhere that we could keep our youngest shielded, whilst also giving us a place to give our eldest a real feel of a holiday. The cottage is beautiful and immaculately kept. Everything about it is perfect. Alex and Lucie added additional personal touches, like a hooded towel for the little one and additional pool checks to ensure that she was kept safe, which we appreciated immensely. I’m not sure if it was me or our eldest that had most fun in the pool and the pool toys got plenty of use! We said within a few hours of arriving that we would love to return and we look forward to doing so in the future. Thank you so much for helping us to give our little ones (and us) exactly what was needed!

Eleanor and the property were fantastic! We had to alter the reservation due to scheduling changes and Eleanor was incredibly accommodating. The residence itself was exactly as described, and if ever back in Brighton would gladly stay again.

This is a great place to stay in Hove and is as described. It was positioned perfectly for us for where we needed to be to visit family. The living room is a particularly great feature with sea views and plenty of space. If arriving by car, unloading can be a bit tricky due to having to park on adjacent roads but Joanne can't help that so it's just one to be aware of. We would certainly stay here again

An amazing stay all round! The apartment was really easy to find and so close to the sea front and city centre. Kasia was very responsive and answered any questions I had. We were also able to store our luggage after checkout which was extremely helpful. Super lovely and would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

Sonia and Philip’s place is a showcase loft apartment for their successful kitchen design business located in the OpenHaus Kitchens studio below. There are many smart design features. The main room is light filled, private, tasteful and comfortable. Although the busy road noise takes some getting used to, the bedroom is restful. Runners & walkers can head towards Bensonshill Wood. Grocery needs are well met by M&S Food at Pease Pottage Services, good coffee at the Woodgate Hub & pub food at the Black Swan. Delicious wood fired pizzas are served from the Pizzacraft van on Saturdays 5-8pm. We had a very nice stay and highly recommend the Loft.

A well located flat opposite the sea. It’s only 5 steps to the front door of this big comfortable flat. One big room with lounges, table for 6, a well equipped kitchen and a grand piano! The bed was comfortable and bathroom big with heated towel rails. A step into bath with grab rails. We loved staying here. Philip was a great host and left us a basket of goodies. Thank you.

Beautiful spotless apartment, with fantastic sea views, all the mod cons and amenities and free parking further down the street. Susan was very friendly, prompt and helpful in her comms. Loved the top floor arrangement with dressing room and walk in shower. Handy folder of pamphlets and takeaway brochures helped us plan our stay.

This was such a lovely flat! Gorgeous view, close to town, seafront and West Cliff. I loved the little balcony and garden at the back, it was a sun trap and so peaceful. The flat is super clean and has everything you need, had the best stay!
