You can reach other beautiful excursion destinations by car (e.g. A45), train (station in the village) or bus in a short time. Everything for daily needs can be obtained on site and is within walking distance.

In unserer Region kann man bestens die Natur zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad auf den langläufigen Wanderwegen des Rothaarsteigs genießen. Ein Ausflug nach Dillenburg (5 Autominuten entfernt) lohnt sich, um den Wilhelmsturm und dessen gut erhaltenen Kasematten sowie die Villa Grün und das hessische Landesgestüt zu erkunden.
